16. Common Faults and Troubleshooting

Tablet control
failure
The robot is not connected to the tablet remote controller.
Ensure that they are successfully connected.
The robot or the tablet remote controller is disconnected
from the network. Ensure that the tablet remote controller
and the robot are connected to the same network.
The robot is blocked. Ensure that there are no obstacles in
front of the robot.
If the fault persists, contact the customer service personnel
for processing.

No Wi-Fi signal
The local network cannot be connected to the Internet.
Ensure that the local network can be connected to the
Internet.
Restart the robot and restart the tablet remote controller.
If the fault persists, contact the customer service personnel
for processing.

Failure to
charge the
robot
The robot is not successfully connected to the charging pile.
Ensure that the charging contacts on the back of the robot
are in contact with those of the charging pile.
The charging pile is not connected to the power supply.
Connect the charging pile to the power supply.
Restart the charging pile and restart the robot.
If the fault persists, contact the customer service personnel.

Failure to turn
on the robot
properly
Check whether the battery is in sleep mode, and press and
hold the switch on the battery to activate the battery.
Insufficient power. Charge the robot with the adapter.
If the fault persists, contact the customer service personnel
for processing.

Self-navigation
failure
The robot is in the blind area of the map. Turn off the robot
and push it to the vicinity of the charging pile to restart
navigation.
The vision module is covered. Ensure that the vision module
is clean.
The LiDAR is faulty. Check whether the LiDAR operates
normally.
The anti-collision safety edge sensor is faulty. Check whether
the anti-collision safety edge sensor is squeezed.
The robot is blocked. Ensure that there are no obstacles in
