Thankyouforyourinterestintheproductsandservicesof“StandardEuler,Inc.”,doingbusiness
as“Flair”andreferredtoasFlairforthepurposesofthisdocument.
ThisLimitedWarranty(“Warranty”)coversanydefectsinmaterialorworkmanshipundernormal
useduringtheWarrantyPeriod.
DuringtheWarrantyPeriod,Flairwillrepairorreplace,atnocharge,productsorpartsofa
productthatprovedefectivebecauseofimpropermaterialorworkmanship,undernormaluseand
maintenance.
Whatwillwedotocorrectproblems?
Flairwill(i)repairtheProductatnocharge,usingneworrefurbishedreplacementparts,(ii)
replacetheProductwithaneworrefurbishedproduct,or(iii)refundallorpartofthepurchase
price.
Howlongdoesthecoveragelast?
TheWarrantyPeriodforPhysicalGoodspurchasedfromFlairis1calendaryearfromthedateof
purchaseorfromthedateofshipmentifandonlyiftheproductwaspurchasedaspartofa
pre-ordersale.
AreplacementPhysicalGoodorpartassumestheremainingwarrantyoftheoriginalPhysical
Goodor6monthsfromthedateofreplacementorrepair,whicheverislonger.
WhatdoestheLimitedWarrantynotcover?
● ConsumableParts,includingbutnotlimitedtobatteries,cables,oraccessories
● Cosmeticdamage,includingbutnotlimitedtoscratches,dents,orscreendamage
● Damagecausedbyactsofnature,forcemajeure,accident,abuse,misuse,liquidcontact,
fire,oranyotherexternalcause
● DamagecausedbyserviceperformedbyanyonewhoisnotarepresentativeofFlair
● UnauthorizedmodificationofsoftwareorhardwarewithoutwrittenpermissionofFlair
● Defectscausedbynormalwearandtearorotherwiseduetothenormalagingofthe
product
● Softwareserviceshostedoffsiteorreducedfunctionalityduetosoftwareservice
downtimeorthediscontinuedavailabilityofsoftwareservices
● SoftwareorfirmwareproductsincludingbutnotlimitedtoourAPIs,WebApplications,
MobileApplications,etc.
