Loosening of Arms: Customers should make sure that all bolts are tightened every 3 months as stated on the warning label found on the bottom of the seat.
Difficulty in Tilting Mechanism: To increase/decrease the resistance in the reclining feature of this product the customer will need to turn the tension adjustment knob clockwise or anti-clockwise to reduce or increase pressure. Adjustment Knob The product will NOT recline if the tilt adjustment is locked. To unlock pull outwards on the knob that controls height (picture below) that will unlock the tilt. Pushing the height knob in again will lock up the tilt tension.
