APPLICATION
1. Flex 7008 Laminating Adhesive should be applied at temperatures of 40º F and rising. The
adhesive should not be applied at temperatures below 40º F, and should be stored at 70º F for at
least 48 hours prior to installation temperatures below 55º F. Do not apply adhesive if there is a
possibility of freezing temperatures within 24 hours of application.
2. The substrates shall be clean, dry and free of all foreign materials.
3. Stir thoroughly before use.
4. Apply the Flex 7008 Laminating Adhesive to the approved substrate at specified coverage rate
with a paint roller or brush.
5. Prior to any film formation, place roof membrane into the wet adhesive.
6. Broom the membrane in and roll with a heavy (minimum weight 200 lb.) roller.
7. For vertical attachment, both substrate and membrane can be coated, at a total rate equal to the
specified coverage rates. For unusually rough surfaces, such as some masonry and concrete,
assuring adequate coverage of the substrate may result in lower than estimated coverage rates.
PRODUCT HANDLING
Flex 7008 Laminating Adhesive contains ingredients, which could be harmful if mishandled. Contact
with skin and eyes should be avoided and necessary protective equipment and clothing should be worn.

Material Safety Data Sheets contain health and safety information for your development of
appropriate product handling procedures to protect your employees and customers.
Material Safety Data Sheets should be read and understood by all of your supervisory personnel
and employees before using Flex products in your facilities.
STORAGE
When Flex 7008 Laminating Adhesive is stored indoors, out of direct sunlight, and in the original,
unopened container between 60°F and 80°F, the shelf life is 1 year. Always rotate stock. DO NOT
ALLOW TO FREEZE. Once frozen, Flex 7008 Laminating Adhesive will not return to its original state.
CAUTION
Do not store Flex 7008 Laminating Adhesive below 40°F. Once the adhesive has been frozen, it is no
longer useable, even when thawed.
