TEAROTHERTHANSENSORS,ALTERATION,MODIFICATION,REPAIR,ATTEMPTEDREPAIR,IMPROPERUSE,IMPROPER
MAINTENANCE,NEGLECT,ABUSE,IMPROPERSTORAGE,FAILURETOFOLLOWANYPRODUCTINSTRUCTIONS,DAMAGE
(WHETHERCAUSEDBYACCIDENTOROTHERWISE),ORANYOTHERIMPROPERCAREORHANDINGOFTHEPRODUCTSCAUSED
BYANYONEOTHERTHANFLIR
ORFLIR’SEXPRESSLYAUTHORIZEDDESIGNEE.
THISDOCUMENTCONTAINSTHEENTIREWARRANTYAGREEMENTBETWEENPURCHASERANDFLIRANDSUPERSEDESALL
PRIORWARRANTYNEGOTIATIONS,AGREEMENTS,PROMISESANDUNDERSTANDINGSBETWEENPURCHASERANDFLIR.THIS
WARRANTYMAYNOTBEALTEREDWITHOUTTHEEXPRESSWRITTENCONSENTOFFLIR.
6.WARRANTYRETURN,REPAIRANDREPLACEMENT.To
beeligibleforwarrantyrepairorreplacement,Purchasermustnotify
FLIRwithinthirty(30)daysofdiscoveringofanyapparentdefectinmaterialsorworkmanship.BeforePurchasermayreturna
Productforwarrantyserviceorrepair,Purchasermustfirstobtainareturnedmaterialauthorization(RMA)numberfromFLIR.
Toobtainthe
RMAnumberOwnermustprovideanoriginalproofofpurchase.Foradditionalinformation,tonotifyFLIRofan
apparentdefectinmaterialsorworkmanship,ortorequestanRMAnumber,visitwww.flir.com.Purchaserissolelyresponsible
forcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedbyFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedto
adequatelypackagingtheProductfor
shipmenttoFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.FLIRwillpayforreturningtoPurchaseranyProductthatFLIRrepairs
orreplacesunderwarranty.
FLIRreservestherighttodetermine,initssolediscretion,whetherareturnedProductiscoveredunderwarranty.IfFLIR
determinesthatanyreturnedProductisnotcoveredunderwarrantyorisotherwiseexcludedfromwarrantycoverage,FLIR
maychargePurchaserareasonablehandlingfeeandreturntheProducttoPurchaser,atPurchaser’sexpense,oroffer
PurchasertheoptionofhandlingtheProductasanon‐warrantyreturn.FLIRshall
notberesponsibleforanydata,imagesor
otherinformationthat maybestoredonthereturnedProductwhichwasnotincludedintheProductatthetimeofpurchase.
ItisPurchaser’sresponsibilitytosaveanyandalldatapriortoreturningtheProductforwarrantyservice.
7.NON‐WARRANTY
RETURN.PurchasemayrequestthatFLIRevaluateandserviceorrepairaProductnotcoveredunder
warranty,whichFLIRmayagreetodoinitssolediscretion.BeforePurchaserreturnsaProductfornon‐warrantyevaluationand
repair,PurchasermustcontactFLIRbyvisitingwww.flir.comtorequestanevaluationand
obtainanRMA.Purchaserissolely
responsibleforcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedbyFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingthe
ProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.Uponreceiptofanauthorizednon‐warrantyreturn,FLIR
willevaluatetheProductand
contactPurchaserregardingthefeasibilityofandthecostsandfeesassociatedwithPurchaser’s
request.PurchasershallberesponsibleforthereasonablecostofFLIR’sevaluation,forthecostofanyrepairsorservices
authorizedbyPurchaser,andforthecostofrepackagingandreturningtheProducttoPurchaser.
Anynon
‐warrantyrepairofaProductiswarrantedforonehundredeightydays(180)daysfromthedateofreturnshipmentby
FLIRtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshiponly,subjecttoallofthelimitations,exclusionsanddisclaimersin
thisdocument.
