6.WARRANTYRETURN,REPAIRANDREPLACEMENT.Tobeeligibleforwarrantyrepairorreplacement,
PurchasermustnotifyFLIRwithinthirty(30)daysofdiscoveringofanyapparentdefectinmaterialsor
workmanship.BeforePurchasermayreturnaProductforwarrantyserviceorrepair,Purchasermustfirst
obtainareturnedmaterial
authorization(RMA)numberfromFLIR.ToobtaintheRMAnumberOwnermust
provideanoriginalproofofpurchase.Foradditionalinformation,tonotifyFLIRofanapparentdefectin
materialsorworkmanship,ortorequestanRMAnumber,visitwww.flir.com.Purchaserissolelyresponsiblefor
complyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovided
byFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingthe
ProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.FLIRwillpayforreturningtoPurchaser
anyProductthatFLIRrepairsorreplacesunderwarranty.
FLIRreservestherighttodetermine,initssolediscretion,whethera
returnedProductiscoveredunder
warranty.IfFLIRdeterminesthatanyreturnedProductisnotcoveredunderwarrantyorisotherwiseexcluded
fromwarrantycoverage,FLIRmaychargePurchaserareasonablehandlingfeeandreturntheProductto
Purchaser,atPurchaser’sexpense,orofferPurchasertheoptionofhandlingtheProduct
asanonwarranty
return.FLIRshallnotberesponsibleforanydata,imagesorotherinformationthatmaybestoredonthe
returnedProductwhichwasnotincludedintheProductatthetimeofpurchase.ItisPurchaser’sresponsibility
tosaveanyandalldatapriortoreturning
theProductforwarrantyservice.
7.NONWARRANTYRETURN.PurchasemayrequestthatFLIRevaluateandserviceorrepairaProductnot
coveredunderwa rranty,whichFLIRmayagreetodoinitssolediscretion.BeforePurchaserreturnsaProduct
fornonwarrantyevaluationandrepair,PurchasermustcontactFLIR
byvisitingwww.flir.comtorequestan
evaluationandobtainanRMA.PurchaserissolelyresponsibleforcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovided
byFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingtheProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackaging
andshippingcosts.Uponreceiptofanauthorizednonwarranty
return,FLIRwillevaluatetheProductand
contactPurchaserregardingthefeasibilityofandthecostsandfeesassociatedwithPurchaser’srequest.
PurchasershallberesponsibleforthereasonablecostofFLIR’sevaluation,forthecostofanyrepairsor
servicesauthorizedbyPurchaser,andforthecostofrepackaging
andreturningtheProducttoPurchaser.
AnynonwarrantyrepairofaProductiswarrantedforonehundredeightydays(180)daysfromthedateof
returnshipmentbyFLIRtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshiponly,subjecttoallofthe
limitations,exclusionsanddisclaimersinthis
document.
