TheThermalImagerlensislocatedonthebackofthemeter.Facethelenstowardtheareaof

interestandviewtheimageonthemeterdisplay.

Hottocoldtemperaturesforimagesarerepresentedbythiscolorpaletteprogression:

white>grey>black>blue>white.Seethecolorpaletteexamplebe

low.

Theleftofthescaleisthehottestpixelintheframe,andtherightofthescaleisthecoldest.Wet

areaswillbecolderthanthebackgroundandwill,therefore,showupasblue;lighterbluesare

‘wetter’thandarkerblues.
