6.WARRANTYRETURN,REPAIRANDREPLACEMENT.Tobeeligibleforwarrantyrepairorreplacement,
PurchasermustnotifyFLIRwithinthirty(30)daysofdiscoveringofanyapparentdefectinmaterialsor
workmanship.BeforePurchasermayreturnaProductforwarrantyserviceorrepair,Purchasermustfirst
obtainareturnedmaterialauthorization(RMA)nu
mberfromFLIR.ToobtaintheRMAnumberOwnermust
provideanoriginalproofofpurchase.Foradditionalinformation,tonotifyFLIRofanapparentdefectin
materialsorworkmanship,ortorequestanRMAnumber,visitwww.flir.com.Purchaserissolelyresponsiblefor
complyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedbyFLIRi
ncludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingthe
ProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.FLIRwillpayforreturningtoPurchaser
anyProductthatFLIRrepairsorreplacesunderwarranty.
FLIRreservestherighttodetermine,initssolediscretion,whetherareturnedProdu
ctiscoveredunder
warranty.IfFLIRdeterminesthatanyreturnedProductisnotcoveredunderwarrantyorisotherwiseexcluded
fromwarrantycoverage,FLIRmaychargePurchaserareasonablehandlingfeeandreturntheProductto

return.FLIRshallnotberesponsibleforanydata,imagesorotherinformationthatmaybestoredonthe
returnedProductwhichwasnotincludedintheProductatthetimeofpurchase.ItisPurchaser’sresponsibility
tosaveanyandalldatapriortoreturningtheProductforwa
rrantyservice.
7.NONWARRANTYRETURN.PurchasemayrequestthatFLIRevaluateandserviceorrepairaProductnot
coveredunderwa rranty,whichFLIRmayagreetodoinitssolediscretion.BeforePurchaserreturnsaProduct
fornonwarrantyevaluationandrepair,PurchasermustcontactFLIRbyvi
sitingwww.flir.comtorequestan
evaluationandobtainanRMA.PurchaserissolelyresponsibleforcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovided
byFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingtheProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackaging
andshippingcosts.Uponreceiptofanauthorizednonwarrantyret
urn,FLIRwillevaluatetheProductand
contactPurchaserregardingthefeasibilityofandthecostsandfeesassociatedwithPurchaser’srequest.
PurchasershallberesponsibleforthereasonablecostofFLIR’sevaluation,forthecostofanyrepairsor
servicesauthorizedbyPurchaser,andforthecostofrepackagingandret
urningtheProducttoPurchaser.
AnynonwarrantyrepairofaProductiswarrantedforonehundredeightydays(180)daysfromthedateof
returnshipmentbyFLIRtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkma nshiponly,subjecttoallofthe
limitations,exclusionsanddisclaimersinthisdocument
