6.1 Control Buttons Overview
The physical control buttons are used in conjunction with the touch-screen
icons to set up and operate the VS80. Similar to the touch-screen icons, sev-
eral control buttons have extended capabilities that adapt to each probe’s
features.
6.2 Button Descriptions

1. Image Capture button. Short press to capture an image. Images are
stored on the supplied micro SD card.
2. Video Record button. Short press to start or stop recording. Videos are
stored on the supplied micro SD card. See Sections 9 and 13 for details
on viewing and downloading media. See the Specifications (Section 16)
for media formats and SD card information.
3. Zoom In / Menu + (plus) button. In normal operation for visual cameras
only, short press the button to zoom in on the camera image. A slider
graphic appears on the right side of the image showing 1x, 1.5x, 2x, and
3x zoom levels. When programming, this button can be used to increase a
setting value or to move up a list.
