14.3 Executing the Firmware Update
1. With the VS80 disconnected from the PC, press the VS80 Settings button
to open the Settings menu.
2. Navigate to the INFO menu, tap INFO to open it, and then tap FIRMWARE
UPGRADE; confirm the action when prompted.
3. Depending on the specific firmware, the VS80 may automatically cycle
power and restart with the new firmware active, or you may have to man-
ually restart the VS80 after it switches off.
4. After restarting, verify that the new firmware version number is displayed
in the INFO settings menu.
