FEATURES

FLOETROL is a latex paint additive that makes interior and exte-

rior latex or acrylic paint flow and level like oil-based paints while

compensating for the adverse effects that weather and surface

conditions have on paints and primers.

PRODUCT TYPE: Latex

VOLUME SOLIDS: 10% +/- 2%

WEIGHT SOLIDS: 12% +/- 2%

VOC: <2% by wt. (<50 g/L)

WEIGHT/GALLON: 8.5 lbs. (3.9 kg) +/- 0.2 lbs. (91 g)

COVERAGE: Varies depending on use.

DRYING TIME: When added to paint, may increase the dry time of the

paint. High humidity or temperatures below 50°F (10°C) may prolong

drying and recoating times.

CLEANUP: Clean brushes and tools with warm, soapy water.

DISPOSAL: Contact your local environmental regulatory agency for

guidance on disposal of unused product. Do not pour down a drain or

storm sewer.

PERMISSIBLE TEMPERATURES DURING APPLICATION:

Material: 50 to 90ºF (10 to 32ºC)

Ambient: 50 to 90ºF (10 to 32ºC)

Substrate: 50 to 90ºF (10 to 32ºC)

FLASH POINT: Over 200ºF (93ºC)

FLOOD FLD6 FLOOD FLOETROL Latex-Based Paint Additive DIRECTIONS FOR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR USE Shake container well. Always mix a small amount of FLOETROL with paint to test compatibility. If compatible, add FLOETROL to the latex or acrylic paint following these guidelines. When Painting with a Brush or Roller: Add approximately 8 oz. (237 mL) per gallon (3.78 Liters) of paint. If paint is thick, or in extreme temperatures, more FLOETROL may be gradually added, up to 16 oz. (473 mL) per gallon (3.
