HUMAN HEALTH HAZARDS: Not classified as dangerous.
SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES
INHALATION: It is unlikely that emergency treatment will be required
SKIN CONTACT: it is unlikely that emergency treatment will be required. IF adverse effect occur, wash
with soap or mild detergent and large amounts of water. Get medical attention, if
needed.
EYE CONTACT: It is unlikely that emergency treatment will be required. Wash with large amounts of
water or normal saline until no evidence of chemical remains (at least 15-20 minutes).
Get medical attention immediately.
INGESTION: it is unlikely that emergency treatment will be required. Get medical attention, if
needed.
SECTION 5: FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS: Flammable product
EXTINGUSHING MEDIA: Monoammonium phosphate (“ABC” dry chemical)
FIRE FIGHTING: Move container from fire area if it can be done without risk. Avoid inhalation of material
or combustion by products. Stay upwind and keep out of low areas. Wear self-contained breathing
Apparatus when combustion vapors cannot be avoided. FLASH POINT: ~1058 F (570 C)
SECTION 6: ACCIDENTIAL RELEASE MEASURES
OCCUPATIONAL RELEASE: Collect spilled material in appropriate container for disposal. Keep out of
water supplies and sewers.
SECTION 7: HANDLING AND STORAGE
Store and handle in accordance with all current regulations and standards. Products must be sited well away
And protected from any unlikely cause of ignition, heat or fire hazard so as not to cause spread, or increase any
risk of fire flame spread.
SECTION 8: EXPOSURE CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTION EXPOSURE LIMITS
