Thank you for purchasing an AFS-TEX product and we are sure you will enjoy its unique anti-fatigue
and ergonomic properties.
AFS-TEX Active Anti-Fatigue Standing Surfaces Use & Care
In order to get the best results please note the following:
1) The mat should be laid on a at and even indoor oor.
2) Do not wear high heeled or stiletto foot wear while using the mats as this could result in puncturing of the mat surface.
3) Ensure the mat surface is kept clean. Grit or other debris on the mat surface could cause damage to the surface from foot movement friction.
4) Only clean the mat using mild soap and water. Ensure the mat is totally dry, top and bottom, before further use.
5) Do not fold the mats as this is liable to create excess material strain and damage.
6) Do not use caster based chairs on the mats.
7) Do not anchor mats with heavy objects or furniture.
8) Position your mat under your desk and away from walkways when not in use to avoid trip hazard.
In addition for products 4000X / 5000 / 5000X , 5000S2S and 6000X:
1) Use the raised Ergobar to gently push or pull the mat into position with your foot as required. Ensure that, when doing so, no part of
the mat is anchored to the oor. Pulling or pushing the mat via the Ergobar when the mat is anchored will cause excess material strain and
could result in damage.
2) These products include non-linear raised ergonomic features to maximize its effectiveness. Push the mat under your desk when not in use
to avoid potential trip hazards.
3) The 6000x is delivered rolled for your convenience, so may not be immediately at on unpacking. Depending on the room temperature
the mat should revert to its at conguration within a few hours or days.
AFS-TEX Active Balance Ball Use & Care
In In order to get the best results please note the following.
1) The Balance Ball should be used on a at, even and dry indoor oor.
2) Do not over-inate your product. The diameter of your Balance Ball is detailed on the box it was delivered in. It will be either 65cm / 25”
or 75cm / 30”. When inating the ball, it should not measure more than the size indicated on the box. Over inating could cause the ball to
burst and will invalidate your warranty.
3) Ensure the ball and cover are kept clean. Grit or other debris that comes in contact with the ball could cause bursting. Avoid contact with
any sharp objects.
4) Only clean the cover and ball with mild detergent and water. Ensure both the ball and covers are fully dry before use to prevent sliding.
4) Position your Balance Ball away from walkways when not in use.
5) IMPORTANT: The weight limit for the AFS-TEX Active Balance Ball is 300 Kg / 660 lbs. Use by individuals above this weight may damage
the product and will invalidate the warranty.
6) Ensure your seated position is on top of the ball to prevent it slipping while in use.

In order to get the best results please note the following.
1) The balance board should be laid on a at and even indoor oor.
2) Do not wear high heeled or stiletto foot wear while using the board as this could result in puncturing the ergonomic surface.
3) Ensure the board surface is kept clean. Grit or other debris on the surface could cause damage from foot movement friction.
4) Only clean the board using mild soap and water. Ensure the board is totally dry, top and bottom, before further use.
6) IMPORTANT: The recommended weight limit for the AFS-TEX Balance Board is 150 Kg / 330 lbs.
Use by individuals above this weight may damage the product and will invalidate the warranty.
Not for use by children without adult supervision.
