Limited Warranty
Florida Tile, Inc., warrants its Florida Tile Home Collection tile to be manufactured in
accordance with ANSI A137.1-2008 and to be free of manufacturing defects. If any tile does not
conform to this warranty, Florida Tile will, at Florida Tile’s option, refund the purchase price or
supply replacement material. Shade variation is not a manufacturing defect.
Labor costs for removal of existing product and installation of replacement product are
not included. Shade match of the replacement product to that being replaced cannot be
guaranteed.
This warranty shall extend to the original purchaser of the product, and shall extend for a period
of one year from the date of sale.
Florida Tile makes no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. Purchaser’s remedy is limited to refund or replacement as described
above, and under no circumstances shall Florida Tile be liable for any loss or damage arising
from the purchase, use, or inability to use this product, or for any special, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages. No third party has the authority to modify the obligations or limitations
of this warranty.
This warranty gives specific legal rights. Since some states have laws governing consumer
rights and damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you, and you may have
other rights which vary from state to state. Except for these other rights, the remedy provided
under this warranty states the limit of Florida Tile’s responsibilities.
