1. Belangrijke informatie 1.1 Gezondheid Belangrijk: lees eerst deze handleiding en volg de instructies nauwkeurig op voordat u het product gaat gebruiken. -- Raadpleeg een deskundige om het trainingsniveau te bepalen dat voor het best geschikt is. -- Indien u tijdens het trainen last krijgt van duizeligheid, misselijkheid of ander lichamelijk ongemak, stop dan direct met trainen en raadpleeg een arts. -- Houd tijdens het trainen uw hartslag in de gaten en stop onmiddellijk bij afwijkende waarden.
1. Belangrijke informatie -- Begin uw trainingsprogramma langzaam en bouw dit geleidelijk op. -- Draag altijd geschikte kleding wanneer u aan het trainen bent. Draag geen te wijde kleding, die tussen bewegende delen van het product kan komen. -- Gebruik voor het verplaatsen van het product altijd daarvoor geschikte tiltechnieken om rugklachten te voorkomen. -- Controleer regelmatig of schroeven en bouten goed vastzitten en draai ze indien nodig aan.
2. Introductie Met de aanschaf van de Flow Fitness Avenue TM2000 loopband haalt u een complete en semiprofessionele loopband in huis, waarop u zeer intensief kan trainen. Door de degelijke constructie, het grote loopvlak, sterke motor van 3,5 PK en het geavanceerde dempingsysteem is deze loopband uitermate geschikt voor duursport, zoals bijvoorbeeld een marathontraining.

3. Fitness Wat is fitness? In het algemeen is een fitnessoefening te omschrijven als een activiteit die er voor zorgt dat uw hart meer zuurstof via het bloed van uw longen naar uw spieren pompt. Hoe zwaarder de training, hoe meer brandstof (zuurstof) de spieren nodig hebben en hoe harder het hart moet werken om zuurstofrijk bloed naar de spieren te pompen. Als u in een goede conditie bent, kan uw hart met elke hartslag meer bloed pompen.

3. Fitness 3.2 Warming up en cooling down Een goed trainingsprogramma begint met een warming up en eindigt met een cooling down. Hiermee kunnen spierpijn en blessures worden voorkomen. Hieronder vindt u een aantal geschikte oefeningen. Head Roll Kantel uw hoofd naar rechts. Hou dit één tel vast, zodat u de linkerkant van uw nek licht voelt trekken. Doe dezelfde beweging naar links, naar voren en naar achteren. Herhaal dit twee tot drie keer. Toe Touch Buig langzaam voorover met ontspannen armen en rug.
4. Gebruik 4.1 Montage Stap 1: Bevestigen console buizen In dit hoofdstuk wordt beschreven hoe de loopband gemonteerd dient te worden. Haal alle onderdelen uit de doos en zorg dat er voldoende ruimte beschikbaar is om de loopband te monteren. Vanwege veiligheidsredenen en ter voorkoming van beschadigingen adviseren wij u om de loopband met 2 personen te monteren. 1. Zet het Hoofdframe op de plek waar u de loopband gaat monteren. 2.
4. Gebruik Stap 2: Bevestigen van de computer 1. Plaats de computer op de 2 buizen. 2. Verbind de datakabels met elkaar in de rechter buis. 3. Bevestig de computer met M8x15 schroeven (art. 3-6), M8 ringen (art. 3-13) en M8x100 schroeven (art. 3-16). De M8x100 schroeven gaan in de bovenste gaten en worden aan de andere zijde van de buis vastgedraaid met een dopmoer (art. 3-17). Attentie: draai de bouten nog niet volledig vast. M8 dopmoer (2x) art. 3-17 M8x100 (2x) 3-16 M8x15 (4x) + M8 ring (8x) art.
4. Gebruik Stap 3: Bevestigen handgrepen 1. Sluit datakabel aan van de rechterhandgreep en schuif de handgreep in de computer. 2. Bevestig de handgreep aan de computer met M8x15 schroeven (3-6) en M8 ringen (3-13). 3. Herhaal bovenstaande stappen voor de linkerhandgreep. Attentie: draai nu alle schroeven goed aan.
4. Gebruik 4.2 Opbergen / In gebruik nemen Inklappen U kunt de loopband na gebruik inklappen. Til het loopvlak aan de achterzijde op, totdat deze vastklikt. Zorg er voor dat het loopvlak vergrendeld is, voordat u het weer loslaat. Uitvouwen Om de loopband weer uit te vouwen voor gebruik, voert u de volgende stappen uit: 1. Druk met uw handen het loopvlak omhoog 2. Ontgrendel het loopvlak met uw voet zoals aangegeven in de tekening. 3. Laat voorzichtig het loopvlak los en stap opzij.
4. Gebruik Voeding Voordat u kunt beginnen met trainen dient u de loopband van stroom te voorzien. Zorg dat de stekker van het netsnoer in het stopcontact zit en dat de aan/uit knop op “1” staat. De aan/uit knop bevindt zich aan de voorkant van het hoofdframe. Veiligheidskoord De veiligheidssleutel dient op de daarvoor bestemde plek te zitten. Zonder deze veiligheidssleutel kan de loopband niet worden ingeschakeld.

4. Gebruik Als een programma is afgelopen, begint de loopband automatisch met het cooldown programma. Als u het cooldown programma wilt afbreken, druk dan op STOP. Als het cooldown programma is afgelopen, schakelt de loopband zichzelf na 2 minuten uit. Elk programma kunt u pauzeren door op PAUSE te drukken tijdens het programma. Helling/snelheid kunnen op 3 manieren aangepast worden: 1. met de insteltoetsen + 2. met de sneltoetsen op de computer 3.

4. Gebruik P3: HRC (Heart Rate Control) Met dit programma kunt u op uw hartslag trainen. 1. 1. Druk op HRC om het speciale hartslag programma te selecteren. 2. 2. Er zijn 4 verschillende hartslag programma’s. - THR(Target Heart Rate, doel hartslag), - MHR 65 (Maximum Heart Rate, 65% van de max. hartslag), voor vetverbranding - MHR 75 (75% max. hartslag), voor vetverbranding en conditieverbeterin - MHR 85 (85% max.
4. Gebruik P5: Fitness test Dit programma test uw fitheid. U legt een vast parcours af van 12 minuten, waarna het test resultaat in het display wordt vertoond. Druk op FITNESS TEST om dit programma te selecteren. Stel uw gewicht in met de speed + /- toetsen en bevestig dit met de ENTER toets. Stel leeftijd in met de speed + /- toetsen en bevestig dit met de ENTER toets. Kies uw geslacht: het scherm zal een afbeelding van een man en een vrouw tonen.
4. Gebruik 4.4 Onderhoud Verwijder transpiratievocht na elk gebruik met een vochtige doek. De metalen en kunststof onderdelen van de loopband zijn met standaard schoonmaakmiddelen te reinigen. Zorg er echter wel voor dat alle onderdelen goed droog zijn, voordat deze weer worden gebruikt. Flow Fitness adviseert om eens in de zes weken de bouten en moeren van de loopband te controleren en indien nodig aan te draaien. Gebruik hiervoor het bij het product geleverde gereedschap.
4. Gebruik Glijdvlak onderhouden U wordt aangeraden om elke 1 tot 2 maanden of na elke 50 uur gebruik het glijvlak onder het loopvlak in te smeren met de het bijgevoegde glijmiddel. Zorg dat er geen stroom meer op de loopband staat en draai de stelbouten van de achterrol los. Smeer vervolgens wat glijmiddel op het glijvlak en verdeel dit gelijkmatig. Wanneer u klaar bent, kunt u de loopband weer centreren en de stelbouten vastdraaien.

5. Algemene informatie 5.3 Probleemoplossen Probleem Het display van de loopband gaat niet aan. Oplossing -- Controleer of stekker in een geaard stopcontact zit. -- Controleer of schakelaar op ON of I staat. De schakelaar zit bij de uitgang van het netsnoer. -- Controleer de zekering bij de schakelaar. Als deze is verbroken, neem dan contact op met uw dealer. Probleem Segmenten in het display lichten niet meer op Oplossing LEDs van het display zijn beschadigd; neem contact op met uw dealer.
5. Algemene informatie Probleem Het display geeft fout code E7 Oplossing De helling (incline) motor is beschadigd. Neem dan contact op met uw dealer. Probleem Het display geeft fout code E8 Oplossing Geheugenchips van de computer zijn beschadigd. Neem dan contact op met uw dealer. Probleem: Het display geeft fout code E9 Oplossing Er is een probleem met de hartslag sensoren. Deze foutmelding wordt ook weergegeven als u niet de hartslag sensoren beetpakt tijdens de BODY INDEX test.
6. Garantie 6.1 Garantie Flow Fitness verleent een garantie aan huis van 2 jaar op onderdelen. 1 Jaar op voorrijkosten en uurloon, te rekenen vanaf de datum van aankoop. De garantie heeft uitsluitend betrekking op materiaal- en/of productiefouten. Indien u optimaal gebruik wilt maken van deze garantie, vul dan het online garantie aanmeld formulier in en voeg daarbij een kopie van het aankoopsbewijs. Important information 1.1 Health Important: read this instruction manual first and follow the instructions carefully before using the product. -- Consult an expert to determine the training level that is most suitable for you. -- If you experience any dizziness, nausea or any other physical discomfort while training, cease the training immediately and consult a physician. -- Watch your heart beat during the training and immediately stop training when values are inconsistent.
1. Important information -- Never hold your breath during a training session. Your breathing should be at a normal interval depending on the intensity of the training. -- Start your training schedule slowly and build it up gradually. -- Always wear appropriate clothing during training. Don’t wear anything that’s too loose and can get caught between moving parts of the equipment. -- When moving the equipment always use the appropriate lifting techniques to prevent back injury.

It is an ideal treadmill for endurance sports such as marathon training because of the solid construction and advanced cushioning system. With 40 programs the Avenue TM2000 provides a wide variety of exercises to choose from. The TM2000 has an MP3 player jack and USB charger, so you can train while listening to your favourite music.

3. Fitness What is fitness? In general a fitness exercise can be described as an activity that makes your heart pump more oxygen from your lungs to your muscles by means of circulating the blood. The more strenuous the training, the more fuel (oxygen) the muscles need and the more work the heart has to do to pump oxygen rich blood to the muscles. If you are in good physical shape your heart can pump more blood to the muscle with each contraction.

3. Fitness 3.2 Warming up and cooling down A good training schedule starts with a good warming up and ends with a cooling down of the muscles. This will prevent painful muscles and injury. Below you will find some suitable exercises. Head Roll Tilt your head to the right. Hold this for one second, so that you feel a little pull in the muscles on the left side of your neck. Do the same for the other side, front and back. Repeat two or three times.
4. Use 4.1 Assembly Step 1: Assemble the console support post This chapter describes the assembly of the treadmill. First remove all part from the box and make sure that there is enough space to assemble the treadmill. Due to safety reasons and damage prevention we advise you to assemble this product with two persons. 1. Place the main frame in a location with enough free space so you can assemble the product. 2.
4. Use Step 2: Assemble the console 1. Place the console onto the two console supporting tubes 2. Connect the data cables (from the right tube) 3. Assemble the console by fastening M8x15 bolts (art. 3-6), M8 washer (art. 3-13) and bolts M8x100 (art. 3-16). The M8X100 bolts need to be fastened into the upper holes and secured with nuts (art. 3-17) Important: do not fully tighten the bolts. M8 nut (2x) art. 3-17 M8x100 (2x) 3-16 M8x15 (4x) + M8 washer (8x) art. 3-6 art.
4. Use Step 3: Assemble handlebars 1. Connect thee data cable to right handlebar and slide the handlebar into the console 2. Assemble the handlebar onto the console by fastening the M8x15 bolts (art. 3-6) and M8 washers (art. 3-13). 3. Repeat the first two steps for left handlebar. Important: Tighten all nuts and bolts.
4. Use 4.2 Storage / usage Folding After training you can store the treadmill. Lift the running deck (at the back) until you feel it lock. Make sure the running deck is locked before releasing. Unfolding To unfold the treadmill: 1. Push the running deck upwards with your hands. 2. Release the running deck as described in the drawing. 3. Release the deck and move aside while the running deck automatically comes down due to the gas springs.
4. Use Power connection Before you start exercising, you must turn on the treadmill. Make sure the power cord is plugged in and the on / off switch is switched to “I”. The on / off button is located near the front of the main frame. For your own safety it is important that the power cord is plugged into a grounded outlet! Safety cord The security key must connected to the holder on the console. Without this security key the treadmill cannot be turned on.

4. Use After finishing the program the console automatically starts the cooling down program. If you want to cancel the cooling down program, press the STOP button. When the cooling down program is finished the treadmill automatically shuts down after two minutes. You are able to pause every program by pressing the PAUSE button. The incline and speed are adjustable in 3 different ways: 1. With the + - pq keys on the console 2. With the speedkeys on the console 3.

4. Use P3: HEART RATE CONTROL (HRC) With this program you can train by using your heart rate 1. Press the HRC button to select the Heart Rate Controlled program. 2. There are 4 different heart rate controlled programs: - THR (Target Heart Rate) - MHR 65 (65% of the Maximum Heart Rate), for burning fat. - MHR 75 (75% of the Maximum Heart Rate), for burning fat & improving stamina. - MHR 85 (85% of the Maximum Heart Rate), for improving stamina.
4. Use P5 FITNESS TEST This program will test your fitness. You will take a 12 minute course and afterwards the result is displayed on the screen. Press the FITNESS TEST button to select the program. Enter your weight with the speed +/- keys and confirm with ENTER. Enter your age with the speed +/- keys and confirm with ENTER. The screen shows an image of a male and female. Use the +/- keys to select your gender and press ENTER to confirm the selection. 5.
4. Use 4.4 Maintenance The metal and plastic parts of the product can be cleaned by using standard cleaning products. However, make sure that all parts are completely dry before the treadmill is used again. Flow Fitness advises to fasten nuts and bolts, check and fasten pivot points once every six weeks. For fastening use the tool supplied with the product. To prevent unnecessary wear, the product can only be used indoors and in a dry environment.

Use Maintaining the sliding surface Every 1 or 2 months (even if the treadmill is not in use) or every 50 hours of use, the sliding surface under the running deck needs to be lubricated with the included silicone lubricant. Make sure that the power is disconnected and loosen the adjusting bolts of the rear roller. Lubricate the surface, distribute the silicone lubricant evenly. When you are finished you can centre the belt again by fastening the adjustment bolts of the rear roller.

5. General information 5.3 Troubleshooting Problem: The display of the treadmill is not switching on. Solution: -- Check if the plug is connected to a grounded outlet -- Check if the switch near the adapter cable is set to ON or I. -- Check if the fuse near the switch . If the fuse is broken contact your reseller. Problem: Segments of the screen don’t light up. Solution: The screen LED are damaged, contact your reseller. Problem: The screen shows “- -”. Solution: The safety key is not placed (correctly).
5. General information Problem: The screen shows error code E7. Solution: The incline motor is damaged, please contact your reseller. Problem: The screen shows error code E8. Solution: The console’s memory banks are damages, please contact your reseller. Problem: The screen shows error code E9. Solution: There is a problem with the heart rate sensors. This error is also shown when your not holding the hand heart rate sensors during the BODY INDEX test.
