Belangrijke informatie 1.1 Gezondheid Belangrijk: lees eerst deze handleiding en volg de instructies nauwkeurig op voordat u het product gaat gebruiken. -- Raadpleeg een deskundige om het trainingsniveau te bepalen dat voor het best geschikt is. -- Indien u tijdens het trainen last krijgt van duizeligheid, misselijkheid of ander lichamelijk ongemak, stop dan direct met trainen en raadpleeg een arts. -- Houd tijdens het trainen uw hartslag in de gaten en stop onmiddellijk bij afwijkende waarden.

Draag geen te wijde kleding, die tussen bewegende delen van het product kan komen. -- Gebruik voor het verplaatsen van het product altijd daarvoor geschikte tiltechnieken om rugklachten te voorkomen. -- Controleer regelmatig of schroeven en bouten goed vastzitten en draai ze indien nodig aan.

Wat het ook mag zijn, verbeteren van conditie, afvallen, revalideren of omdat u gewoon graag wilt bewegen, zorg dat u een duidelijk doel voor ogen heeft. Maak een haalbaar trainingsschema en u zult het gewenste resultaat behalen.

3. Fitness Wat is fitness? In het algemeen is een fitnessoefening te omschrijven als een activiteit die er voor zorgt dat uw hart meer zuurstof via het bloed van uw longen naar uw spieren pompt. Hoe zwaarder de training, hoe meer brandstof (zuurstof) de spieren nodig hebben en hoe harder het hart moet werken om zuurstofrijk bloed naar de spieren te pompen. Als u in een goede conditie bent, kan uw hart met elke hartslag meer bloed pompen.

3. Fitness Tekst box Ctrl + Shift + Linker klik om aan te passen 3.2 Warming up en cooling down Een goed trainingsprogramma begint met een warming up en eindigt met een cooling down. Hiermee kunnen spierpijn en blessures worden voorkomen. Hieronder vindt u een aantal geschikte oefeningen. Head Roll Kantel uw hoofd naar rechts. Hou dit één tel vast, zodat u de linkerkant van uw nek licht voelt trekken. Doe dezelfde beweging naar links, naar voren en naar achteren. Herhaal dit twee tot drie keer.
4. Gebruik 4.1 Montage Stap 1 Monteer de voorpoot (4) en de achtervoet (2) aan het hoofdframe met behulp van de bolkop moer (6), de inbusbout (7), de veerring (12) en gebogen ring (13). Draai de moeren stevig vast. Door het wieltje aan weerszijde van de achterpoot te draaien, kan de hoogte worden ingesteld. Hiermee kan de hometrainer waterpas worden gezet.
4. Gebruik Stap 2 1. Monteer het zadel (69) aan de zadelbuis (13) zoals aangegeven. 2. Plaats de zadelbuis (9) in het hoofdframe. Trek hierbij de zadelbuis verstelknop (fig. b) uit, zodat de zadelbuis vrij kan bewegen. Laat bij de gewenste hoogte van het zadel de verstelknop (31) los en beweeg de zadel buis zodat de pin van de verstelknop in een gat valt. Draai vervolgens verstelknop stevig vast om de zadelbuis (9) te vergrendelen. 3.
4. Gebruik Stap 3 1. Schuif de hoofdframe afsluitkap (98) over de stuurbuis (17). Zie fig. a. 2. Verbind de communicatiekabels (64) en (65). Monteer de stuurbuis (17) aan het hoofdframe met behulp van de bevestigingsmiddelen uit figuur c. 3. Maakt tenslotte de bidonhouder vast aan de stuurbuis met 2 M5x15 boutjes.
4. Gebruik Stap 4 1. Voer de hartslagmeter kabels (34) van het stuur door de gaten in de bovenkant van de stuurbuis. Zie fig. a. 2. Bevestig het stuur (36) aan de stuurbuis met behulp van de beschermkap (42), cilindrische bus (45), Borgring (44), ring (43) en verstelknop (41) 3. Verbind de communicatiekabel (64) en de twee hand hartslagmeter kabels (34) aan de computer (38) door de stekkers in de achterkant van de computer (38) te plaatsen. Zie fig. b. 4.
4. Gebruik Stap 5 1. Monteer de computer afdekkap (40L & 40R) aan de stuurbuis met behulp van schroeven (38) en (39). 2. Plaats als laatste de voetbanden op de pedalen (51L & 51R) en draai ze vast aan de cranks (48L & 48R).

4. Gebruik Opstarten Plug de adapterkabel in het contact van het apparaat. Het systeem geeft een kort geluidssignaal en het display licht op. Gebruikersprofiel instellen U kunt 4 verschillende profielen instellen. Na het opstarten kunt u met de selectieknop kiezen tussen U1-U4. Maak uw keuze en bevestig met ENTER (selectieknop indrukken). Er kunnen nu de gegevens van de gebruiker zoals geslacht, leeftijd (A), hoogte (H) en gewicht (W) worden ingevoerd.
4. Gebruik Programma keuze Na het instellen van het gebruikersprofiel komt u in het workout menu. In het menu heeft u de volgende keuzes: manual handmatige training program 12 voorgeprogrammeerde programma’s HRC (Heart Rate Control) Hartslaggestuurde training User Gebruikersprogramma Watt constant Constant vermogen training Gebruik de selectie toets om een keuze te maken en bevestig met de ENTER knop.
4. Gebruik Voorgeprogrameerde training Kies in het workout menu het icoon voor een voorgeprogrammeerd programma. Er kan gekozen worden uit 12 verschillende trainingen. Als u een training heeft geselecteerd, wordt het weerstandsverloop van de training in het display zichtbaar. Een overzicht van de voorgeprogrammeerde trainingen staat op de volgende pagina. 1. Indien de gewenste training verschijnt druk op de ENTER/MODE knop om de training te selecteren. 2. U kunt nu tijd (max.

4. Gebruik Gebruikersprogramma Kies in het workout menu het icoon voor een eigen, op maat gemaakt programma. 1. Het programma is opgebouwd uit 8 segmenten. Van elk segment kan het weerstandsniveau (level) ingesteld worden. Schakel tussen de segmenten met de ENTER knop en verander de weerstand met de selectieknop. 2. Als u klaar bent, druk dan de ENTER toets ca. 4 seconden lang in. 3. U kunt nu uw trainingstijd instellen. 4. Druk op START/STOP om uw training te beginnen.
4. Gebruik BODY FAT: Vetpercentage analyse Om uw vetpercentage te analyseren dient de computer in STOP stand te staan. Volg daarna onderstaande stappen op. 1. Druk op de BODY FAT knop en houdt de hand hartslagsensoren stevig vast. 2. Het symbool ----------verschijnt. Na 8 seconden verschijnt uw vetpercentage (F) en een bijbehorende symbool. Tevens verschijnt uw BMI waarde (B). In de tabel op deze pagina kunt uw met behulp van het symbool in welke vetpercentage categorie u zit.
4. Gebruik Recovery: Hartslag herstel na een training Na een training is het mogelijk om uw conditie te meten. Druk op de RECOVERY knop en houdt de hartslag sensoren stevig vast, of zorg ervoor dat u een hartslag band draagt. Alle waarden verdwijnen uit beeld en alleen de tijd en de hartslag verschijnen nog. De tijd loopt terug van 60 seconden naar 0. Vervolgens verschijnt er een code die correspondeert met een conditie niveau. In onderstaande tabel vindt u de verschillende codes en de bijbehorende uitleg.
4. Gebruik 4.3 Onderhoud Flow Fitness adviseert om eens in de zes weken de bouten en moeren van de scharnierpunten te controleren en indien nodig aan te draaien. Gebruik hiervoor het bij het product aangeleverde gereedschap. Veeg tevens na iedere training het eventuele zweet van alle onderdelen. Hiermee voorkomt u dat het zweet kringen of zelfs corrosie veroorzaakt. De metalen en kunststof onderdelen zijn met standaard schoonmaakmiddelen te reinigen.

5. Algemene informatie 5.3 Probleemoplossen Probleem Tijdens het trainen piept of kraakt de hometrainer. Oplossing Piepen of kraken wordt in veel gevallen veroorzaakt door dat een kunststof kap die tegen het metalen frame of een stang schuurt. Om dit te verhelpen kunt u er WD40 olie op spuiten. Dit is te verkrijgen in de betere fietsenwinkel of doe-het-zelf zaak. Probleem De computer ontvangt slecht of geen hartslag. Oplossing Ontvangst van hartslag mbv de handvaten is niet altijd constant.
6. Garantie 6.1 Garantie Flow Fitness verleent een garantie aan huis van 3 jaar op onderdelen, voorrijkosten en uurloon, te rekenen vanaf de datum van aankoop. De garantie heeft uitsluitend betrekking op materiaal- en/of productiefouten. Indien u optimaal gebruik wilt maken van deze garantie, vul dan het online garantie aanmeld formulier in en voeg daarbij een kopie van het aankoopsbewijs. Important information 1.1 Health Important: read this instruction manual first and follow the instructions carefully before using the product. -- Consult an expert to determine the training level that is most suitable for you. -- If you experience any dizziness, nausea or any other physical discomfort while training, cease the training immediately and consult a physician. -- Watch your heart beat during the training and immediately stop training when values are inconsistent.
1. Important information -- Never hold your breath during a training session. Your breathing should be at a normal interval depending on the intensity of the training. -- Start your training schedule slowly and build it up gradually. -- Always wear appropriate clothing during training. Don’t wear anything that’s too loose and can get caught between moving parts of the equipment. -- When moving the equipment always use the appropriate lifting techniques to prevent back injury.

3. Fitness What is fitness? In general a fitness exercise can be described as an activity that makes your heart pump more oxygen from your lungs to your muscles by means of circulating the blood. The more strenuous the training, the more fuel (oxygen) the muscles need and the more work the heart has to do to pump oxygen rich blood to the muscles. If you are in good physical shape your heart can pump more blood to the muscle with each contraction.

3. Fitness 3.2 Warming up and cooling down A good training schedule starts with a good warming up and ends with a cooling down of the muscles. This will prevent painful muscles and injury. Below you will find some suitable exercises. Head Roll Tilt your head to the right. Hold this for one second, so that you feel a little pull in the muscles on the left side of your neck. Do the same for the other side, front and back. Repeat two or three times.
4. Use 4.1 Assembly Step 1 Assemble the front stabilizer (4) and rear stabilizer (2) to the main frame by fastening nuts (6), Allen bolts (7), spring washer (12) and curved washer (13). Tighten the nuts firmly. The height of the hometrainer can be adjusted by rotating the wheels on rear stabilizer.
4. Use Step 2 1. Assemble the seat (69) to the seat post (13) as displayed below. 2. Slide the assembled seat post into the main frame. For vertical movement of the seat pull the adjusting knob (figure b) and slide the seat into the preferred position. Rotate the adjusting knob to secure the seating position. 3. Loosen knob (18) and slide the seat into the preferred horizontal position (figure c).
4. Use Step 3 1. Slide the oval cover (98) over the handlebar post (17) (figure a) 2. Connect the cables (64) and (65). 3. Assemble the handlebar post (17) to the main frame with the fasteners displayed within figure c. 4. Finally fasten the water bottle holder onto the handlebar post with 2x M5x15.
4. Use Step 4 1. Guide the hand pulse cables (34) trough the hole on top of handlebar post (figure a). 2. Assemble the handlebar (36) to the handlebar by fastening the T-knob (41) trough protective cover (42), Bushing (45), Spring washer (44), washer (43). 3. Connect the cable (64) and hand pulse cables (34) to the back of the computer (38) (figure b) 4.
4. Use Step 5 1. Assemble the computer covers (40L & 40R) to the handlebar post by fastening screws (38) and (39). 2. Connect the foot strips onto the pedals. The last step is connect both pedals (51 L+R) to both cranks (48 L+R). Fasten the pedals tightly with the supplied combination tool.

4. Use Power up Connect the adapter to the hometrainer and outlet for powering up the screen as displayed below. When powering up the computer will give a sound signal. Setup user profile Your able to setup for different user profiles. After powering up you can select between U1-U4 with the selection knob. Confirm your selection by pressing the selection knob. User specific values like Gender, age (A), Height (H), and weight (W) can be setup.
4. Use Chose program After selecting the user profile you will enter the workout menu. ENTER (press the selection knob) to select the workout. After entering the values press START / STOP to start the training session.
4. Use Preprogrammed workout Choose one of the 12 preprogrammed programs. A preview of the each program is shown on the next page. When you have selected a training the resistance path is displayed on the screen. 1. When you have selected the preferred workout press the selection knob to confirm the selection 2. Select the training duration (max. 99 minutes) and the resistance level with the selection knob. 3. Press START/STOP to start your training session.

4. Use User programmed workout In the workout menu select the U icon for a user programmed workout. 1. The program is built on 8 segments. Of each segment the resistance (level) can be entered. Switch between segments by pressing the selection knob and adjust the level by rotating the selection knob. 2. When you have setup the segments press and hold the selection knob for 4 seconds. 3. Now you can set the workout duration. 4. Press START/STOP to start the training session.
4. Use Body Fat Analyses For analysing your body fat the computer needs to be STOP in the modus before following these steps: 1. Press the BODY FAT button and hold your hands firmly onto the hand sensors on the handlebar. 2. The ---------- symbol appears. After 8 seconds your Body Fat Percentage (F) with a symbol appears. Your BMI (B) value will also be displayed. The chart below explains the symbol on your screen. It is also possible that one of the following codes will appear.
4. Use RECOVERY (stamina test) After a workout it is possible to check your stamina. Press the RECOVERY button and firmly hold the hand heart rate sensors, or wear a chest belt. All values will disappear from the screen and a countdown from 60 to 0 will be visible. After the countdown a code will appear. This code displays your stamina level.
4. Use 4.3 Maintenance The metal and plastic parts of the product can be cleaned by using standard cleaning products. However, make sure that all parts are completely dry before they are used again. Flow Fitness advises to fasten nuts and bolts, check and fasten pivot points once every six weeks. For fastening use the tool supplied with the product. To prevent unnecessary wear, the product can only be used indoors and in a dry environment.

General information 5.2 Troubleshooting Problem: During a training the hometrainer makes squeaky noises Solution: Beeping or scratching noises are mostly caused by a plastic cover hitting the metal frame or post. You can easily solve this problem to spay WD40 oil onto these parts. Problem: The computer badly or doesn’t receives the heart rate signal. Solution: Receipt of the heart rate with use of the handle bar sensors is not consistent.
