1. Belangrijke informatie 1.1 Gezondheid Belangrijk: lees eerst deze handleiding en volg de instructies nauwkeurig op voordat u het product gaat gebruiken. -- Raadpleeg een deskundige om het trainingsniveau te bepalen dat voor het best geschikt is. -- Indien u tijdens het trainen last krijgt van duizeligheid, misselijkheid of ander lichamelijk ongemak, stop dan direct met trainen en raadpleeg een arts. -- Houd tijdens het trainen uw hartslag in de gaten en stop onmiddellijk bij afwijkende waarden.

Draag geen te wijde kleding, die tussen bewegende delen van het product kan komen. -- Gebruik voor het verplaatsen van het product altijd daarvoor geschikte tiltechnieken om rugklachten te voorkomen. -- Controleer regelmatig of schroeven en bouten goed vastzitten en draai ze indien nodig aan.

Maak een haalbaar trainingsschema en u zult het gewenste resultaat behalen.

3. Fitness Wat is fitness? In het algemeen is een fitnessoefening te omschrijven als een activiteit die er voor zorgt dat uw hart meer zuurstof via het bloed van uw longen naar uw spieren pompt. Hoe zwaarder de training, hoe meer brandstof (zuurstof) de spieren nodig hebben en hoe harder het hart moet werken om zuurstofrijk bloed naar de spieren te pompen. Als u in een goede conditie bent, kan uw hart met elke hartslag meer bloed pompen.

3. Fitness 3.2 Warming up en cooling down Een goed trainingsprogramma begint met een warming up en eindigt met een cooling down. Hiermee kunnen spierpijn en blessures worden voorkomen. Hieronder vindt u een aantal geschikte oefeningen. Head Roll Kantel uw hoofd naar rechts. Hou dit één tel vast, zodat u de linkerkant van uw nek licht voelt trekken. Doe dezelfde beweging naar links, naar voren en naar achteren. Herhaal dit twee tot drie keer. Toe Touch Buig langzaam voorover met ontspannen armen en rug.
4. Gebruik 4.1 Montage Stap 1 Monteer de voorpoot (4) en de achterpoot (2) aan het hoofdframe (1) met behulp van de inbusbouten (10), de gebogen ringen (8), de veerringen (29) en de bolkop moer (7). Belangrijk voor een juiste montage is dat u eerst de gebogen ring plaatst en vervolgens de veerring en de bolkop moer. Let op: Door de verstelbare pootjes in de achterpoot afdekkappen kan de hometrainer waterpas gezet worden.
4. Gebruik Stap 2 1. Controleer of de zadelplaat (70) goed aan het zadel (71) is bevestigd. 2. Plaats vervolgens het gemonteerde zadel op het schuine deel van de zadelbuis (13). Bevestig het zadel met behulp van de ring (19) en de verstelknop (18) aan de zadelbuis. Schuif vervolgens de complete zadelbuis met het gemonteerde zadel (4) in de buis van het hoofdframe die uit de afdekkappen steekt. Trek hierbij de vergrendelpin (20) uit, zodat de buis in verticale richting vrij kan bewegen.
4. Gebruik Stap 3 1. Verbind de communicatiekabels (79) en (80). 2. Monteer de stuurbuis (17) aan het hoofdframe met behulp van de gebogen ringen (8), de veerringen (29) en de inbusbouten (15). Belangrijk: voor een juiste montage is dat u eerst de veerring (29) om de inbusbout (15) plaatst, daarna door de gebogen ring (8) en vervolgens de stuurbuis 17) aan het hoofdframe (50) bevestigd.
4. Gebruik Stap 4 Monteer het stuur (74) aan de stuurbuis (17). Klap hiervoor het stuurbevestiging scharnier open en leg het stuur met het geribbelde gedeelte in het scharnier. Klap het scharnier weer dicht en breng de hand hartslag sensor kabels door het gat in de stuurbuis en vervolgens omhoog (illustratie a). De twee hand hartslag sensor kabels steken nu aan de bovenkant uit de stuurbuis.
4. Gebruik Stap 5 Voordat de computer (83) aan de stuurbuis wordt bevestigd, dient men eerst de twee hartslagsensor kabels (73) en de communicatiekabel (79) aan de computer te bevestigen (fig. a). Daarna kan met behulp van de bouten (82) de monitor aan de stuurbuis bevestigd worden. Bevestig de voetbanden aan de pedalen. Als laatste worden de pedalen (68 L+R) aan beide cranks (21) bevestigd. Draai deze stevig vast met behulp van de combinatie sleutel.
4. Gebruik 4.2 Gebruik computer Uw trainingscomputer start automatisch wanneer u begint met trainen. Het is ook mogelijk de computer te activeren door op een van de functietoetsen te drukken. Om energie te besparen, schakelt de computer in stand-by mode wanneer deze 4 minuten niet wordt gebruikt. RPM Omwentelingen per minuut. SPEED Snelheid. Maximum snelheid is 99 KM/H. DISTANCE Afgelegde afstand. Maximale afstand is 99,99 KM. CALORIE Aantal verbrande calorieën.
4. Gebruik Bediening computer 1. Verbind de adapter met de computer, zodat de computer van stroom wordt voorzien. Op de monitor beginnen alle functies op te lichten zoals weergegeven in afbeelding hieronder. Tevens hoort u een geluidssignaal. 2. De computer start automatisch met het manual (handmatig) programma. U kunt tussen de verschillende programma’s schakelen met de up/down toetsen.
4. Gebruik PROGRAM 1. Selecteer eerst PROGRAM met - en + toetsen. Toets MODE/ENTER om de selectie te bevestigen. 2. Selecteer het gewenste programma uit de 12 voorgeprogrammeerde programma’s met - en + toetsen en druk op mode om de selectie te bevestigen. Gebruik de - en + toetsen om de gewenste duur van de training in te stellen. Druk op de MODE/ENTER om te bevestigen.
4. Gebruik HRC Bij deze training is er de mogelijkheid om hartslag gestuurd te trainen. Er zijn 4 verschillende mogelijkheden: 55%, 75%, 90% of Target Heart Rate (TAG). Het niveau is een percentage van uw maximale hartslag, die berekend wordt a.d.h.v. uw leeftijd. Voor het kiezen van uw juiste hartslag trainingsniveau lees hoofdstuk 3, Fitness. 1. Selecteer H.R.C. met - en + toetsen. Toets MODE/ENTER om de selectie te bevestigen. 2. Gebruik de - en + toetsen om uw leeftijd in te stellen.
4. Gebruik RECOVERY (conditie meting) 1. Als u op de RECOVERY toets drukt wordt de conditiemeting direct gestart. Houd bij deze meting beide hand hartslag sensoren stevig vast. Op de monitor verschijnen alleen de waarden PULSE en TIME. De tijd gaat nu lopen van 00:60 naar 00:00. Tevens gaat het hartje linksonder in het venster knipperen en het aantal hartslagen per minuut wordt hierbij aangegeven. 2. Als de meting klaar is verschijnt er een code op de monitor. De code ligt tussen de F1 –F6. 3.
4. Gebruik 4.3 Onderhoud Flow Fitness adviseert om eens in de zes weken de bouten en moeren van de scharnierpunten te controleren en indien nodig aan te draaien. Gebruik hiervoor het bij het product aangeleverde gereedschap. Veeg tevens na iedere training het eventuele zweet van alle onderdelen. Hiermee voorkomt u dat het zweet kringen of zelfs corrosie veroorzaakt. De metalen en kunststof onderdelen van de hometrainer zijn met standaard schoonmaakmiddelen te reinigen.

5. Algemene informatie 5.3 Probleemoplossen Probleem Tijdens het trainen piept of kraakt de hometrainer. Oplossing Piepen of kraken wordt in veel gevallen veroorzaakt door dat een kunststof kap die tegen het metalen frame of stang schuurt. Om dit te verhelpen kunt u er WD40 olie op spuiten. Dit is te verkrijgen in de betere fietsenwinkel of doe-het-zelf zaak. Probleem De computer ontvangt slecht of geen hartslag. Oplossing Ontvangst van hartslag mbv de handvaten is niet altijd constant.
6. Garantie 6.1 Garantie Flow Fitness verleent een garantie aan huis van 3 jaar op onderdelen, voorrijkosten en uurloon, te rekenen vanaf de datum van aankoop. De garantie heeft uitsluitend betrekking op materiaal- en/of productiefouten. Indien u optimaal gebruik wilt maken van deze garantie, vul dan het online garantie aanmeld formulier in en voeg daarbij een kopie van het aankoopsbewijs. Important information 1.1 Health Important: read this instruction manual first and follow the instructions carefully before using the product. -- Consult an expert to determine the training level that is most suitable for you. -- If you experience any dizziness, nausea or any other physical discomfort while training, cease the training immediately and consult a physician. -- Watch your heart beat during the training and immediately stop training when values are inconsistent.
1. Important information -- Never hold your breath during a training session. Your breathing should be at a normal interval depending on the intensity of the training. -- Start your training schedule slowly and build it up gradually. -- Always wear appropriate clothing during training. Don’t wear anything that’s too loose and can get caught between moving parts of the equipment. -- When moving the equipment always use the appropriate lifting techniques to prevent back injury.

3. Fitness What is fitness? In general a fitness exercise can be described as an activity that makes your heart pump more oxygen from your lungs to your muscles by means of circulating the blood. The more strenuous the training, the more fuel (oxygen) the muscles need and the more work the heart has to do to pump oxygen rich blood to the muscles. If you are in good physical shape your heart can pump more blood to the muscle with each contraction.

3. Fitness Text box Ctrl + Shift + Right Mouseclick to edit 3.2 Warming up and cooling down A good training schedule starts with a good warming up and ends with a cooling down of the muscles. This will prevent painful muscles and injury. Below you will find some suitable exercises. Head Roll Tilt your head to the right. Hold this for one second, so that you feel a little pull in the muscles on the left side of your neck. Do the same for the other side, front and back. Repeat two or three times.
4. Use 4.1 Assembly Step 1 Assemble the front (4) and rear (2) stabilizer to the main frame by fastening the Allen bolts (10), curved washers (8), spring washers (29) and nuts (7). For a correct assembly it is important to first place the curved washer, then the spring washer and the nut. Note: The hometrainer can be levelled by the adjustable disc within the covers of the rear stabilizer.
4. Use Step 2 1. Check if the seat plate (70) is correctly connected to the seat (71). 2. Place the mounted seat onto the diagonal tube of the seat post. Fasten the seat with washer (19) and adjustable knob (18) to the seat post. Slide the complete seat post with mounted seat (4) into the main frame. Pull the locking knob (20) to allow the seat post to slide in vertical position. Release the locking knob when the seat is at the preferable height. Rotate the locking knob to secure the seat post into place.
4. Use Step 3 1. Connect the cables (79) en (80). 2. Assemble the handlebar post (17) to the main frame by fastening the curver washers (8), the spring washers (29) and Allen bolts (15). Important: For a correct assembly it is important to first place the spring washer (29) onto the Allen bolt (15), then the curved washer (8). Now you can use these bolts with washers to fasten the handlebar post (17) onto the main frame (50).
4. Use Step 4 Assemble the handlebar (74) onto the handlebar post (17). Open the hinge on the handlebar post (17) and place the handlebar (74) into the ribbed area of the hinge. Close the hinge and guide the hand pulse sensor cables trough the hole within the handlebar post as illustrated in figure a. The two hand pulse sensor cables are now extended from the top of the handlebar post.
4. Use Step 5 Before placing the computer (83) on the handlebar post you need to connect the hand pulse sensor cables (73) and the computer cable into the back of the computer (figure (a)). After connect the cables the computer can be secured onto the handlebar post by fastening the bolts (82). Connect the foot strips onto the pedals. The last step is connect both peldals (68 L+R) to both cranks (21). Fasten the pedals tightly with the supplied combination tool.
4. Use 4.2 Use of the computer Your training computer will automatically turn on when you start tot exercise. It is also possible to activate the computer by pressing one of the buttons. 4. Use Use of the computer 1. Connect the adapter to the hometrainer and outlet for powering up the screen as displayed below. When powering up the computer will give a sound signal. 2. The computer will automatically start with the manual program. You can choose between different types of programs by using the -/+ buttons. You can choose between: Manual: Enter all values manually, quickstart Program: Choose between 12 pre programmed programs.

4. Use HRC This training is controlled by your heart rate. There are 4 different levels of training: 55%, 75%, 90% or Target Heart Rate (TAG). The level is a percentage of your maximum heart rate on a calculation based on your age. For choosing the right heart rate level please read chapter 3. Fitness . 1. Select H.R.C. with the -/+ keys. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm the selection. 2. Enter your age with the -/+ keys. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm. 3. Select the preferred percentage with the -/+ keys.
4. Use RECOVERY (stamina test) 1. When pressing RECOVERY your stamina will be measured automatically. While measuring hold both hand pulse sensors within the handlebar firmly. The displays will show the values PULSE and TIME. The time value will decrease from 00:60 to 00:00. The hart icon in bottom left corner will flash and a shows the beats per minute. 2. When the test is finished a code between F1 and F6 will appear on the screen. 3.
4. Use 4.3 Maintenance The metal and plastic parts of the hometrainer can be cleaned by using standard cleaning products. However, make sure that all parts are completely dry before they are used again. Flow Fitness advises to fasten nuts and bolts, check and fasten pivot points once every six weeks. For fastening use the tool supplied with the product. To prevent unnecessary wear, the hometrainer can only be used indoors and in a dry environment. When the drive belt looses tension it needs to be adjusted.

General information 5.3 Troubleshooting Problem: During a training the hometrainer makes squeaky noises Solution: Beeping or scratching noises are mostly caused by a plastic cover hitting the metal frame or post. You can easily solve this problem to spay WD40 oil onto these parts. Problem: The computer badly or doesn’t receives the heart rate signal. Solution: Receipt of the heart rate with use of the handle bar sensors is not consistent.
