Crossed pairs. In this case, pairs 1,2
and 3,6 are crossed. This is likely
caused by mixing 568A and 568B
cables.
Detection of crossed pairs requires a
far-end adapter.
Telephone cable with pairs 3,6 and
4,5 crossed. This crossover is normal
for the flat cords used to connect
telephones to wall outlets.
Bridge tap detected.
Bridge taps are allowed for the Telco
test, but cause a failure for network
tests.
