 Warning

To prevent possible electrical shock, fire, or personal

injury, use only the Fluke 1730 Energy Logger to charge

the battery.

 Caution

To prevent decrease of battery capacity, charge it at

least twice a year.

The battery pack, Fluke BP1730, has been tested in accordance

with:

• UN Manual of Tests and Criteria Part III Subsection 38.3

(ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.3) – more commonly known as the

UN T1..T8 – tests, and has been found to comply with the

stated criteria

• IEC62133

Safe Storage • Do not remove a battery pack from its original packaging until required for use. • Keep the battery pack out of the reach of children and animals.  Warning To prevent possible electrical shock, fire, or personal injury: • Read all safety information before you use the Product. • Use the Product only as specified, or the protection supplied by the Product can be compromised. • Carefully read all instructions. • Charge the battery only when installed in the Fluke 1730 Energy Logger.

Safe Disposal • A failed battery pack shall be properly disposed of in accordance with local regulations. • Dispose of properly: do not dispose of the battery as unsorted municipal waste. Go to Fluke’s website for recycling information. • Dispose in discharged condition and cover the battery terminals with isolation tape.
