Power Quality Analyzer
Instrument Description:
The Fluke 43 Power Quality Analyzer performs the measurements you need to
maintain power systems, troubleshoot power problems and diagnose equipment
failures.
Memory Description:
Fluke 43B has the following memory devices:
1. RAM 512kx8, D475: Contains measuring and microprocessor data
screenshots.
2. Flash-ROM 512kx16, D474: Contains: the instrument’s embedded
software and calibration data.
3. Mask-ROM 8kx8 and RAM 256bitx16, D471: Contains initial program
(ROM) and stack values for computing actions (RAM)
Memory Cleaning Instructions:
1. Memory contents: ‘measuring and microprocessor data’ is erased at
power-off. No user access. Memory contents ‘screenshots’ can be
deleted by the user: switch power on, press MENU button, select
VIEW/DELETE SCREENS with the up/down arrow keys, select memory
location to be erased with arrow keys, press F2 – DELETE,
press F3 – YES to confirm.
2. Flash-ROM memory: Contents stays available at power off and
disconnection of the NiMH accumulator. Embedded software and
calibration data can be loaded/exchanged with dedicated PC software
that is exclusively available in manufacturing and service.
3. Mask-Rom: Contains the initial program instructions to start the controller
when no external program is detected. The internal RAM is used for stack
values of the running program only.
