Key sequence:
Toggle softkey to switch X- Deflection on.
Softkey pair to select X-DEFL source. Selection is
possible only with X- DEFLection on.
Toggle softkey to switch X vs Y on.
Control to select the register as source for vertical
deflection. Selection is possible only with X vs Y on.
Softkey pair to select source for horizontal deflection.
Selection is possible only with X vs Y on.
