Assembly of Lower Handles to Deck

Insert the nuts into the wing knobs.

(A1)

2. Place the hole in the lower handle over the end of

the tie rod (A)

3. Place the washer and wing knob onto the end of

the tie rod and firmly tighten. (A)

4. Repeat on the other side.

Assembly of Cable Restraint

1. Ensuring that the holes for the switchbox assem-

bly are on the left hand side, insert the cable

restraint and then the locking ring over the right

hand side of the upper handle (B)

2. Move the cable restraint so that it sits at the top of

the upper handle and then secure the locking ring

with the small screw provided as illustrated in Fig

Assembly of Upper Handles to Lower Handles.

Insert the nuts into the wing knobs.

2. Standing at the rear of the machine, ensure the

upper handle is located with the holes for the

switchbox assembly at the right hand side.

3. Ensure the upper handle and the lower handle

are aligned correctly.(D)

4. Fit the bolts, washers and wing knobs.(D)

5. Fit the cable to the handles with the clips provid-

ed. Make sure the cable is not trapped between

the upper and lower handles.

Assembly of Switchbox to Upper Handle

1. Insert the studs in the switchbox hinge into the

holes in the upper handle.(E)

2. Firmly secure with the two screws (F).

Grassbox Assembly

1. Insert the grassbox handle into the grassbox

upper, as illustrated in fig G, and press firmly

down until the handle clicks into place.

2. Align the grassbox upper with the grassbox lower.

3. Locate the clips in the numerical order illustrated

in Fig H, ensuring all the clips are firmly in place.
