BATTERY HATCH REMOVAL

WING INSTALLATION

● AirCore Battery (FLZA6401)

● SLT Compatible Radio System

● AirCore 2S LiPo AC/DC Charger (FLZA6411)

FLIGHT SETUP

Because transmitters other than the Tactic transmitters

may be used, the following information is included to

properly set the throws and C.G. (center-of-gravity) on

the AirCore P-51 Mustang.

The measurements are taken at the widest part of the

control surface.

Aileron Throw 1/4 in [6mm] 12 deg. Up and down

Rudder Throw 7/16 in [12mm] 18 deg. Left and right

Elevator Throw 3/16 in [5mm] 10 deg. Up and down

If possible, always land directly into the wind. OPTIONAL INSTALLATION OF THE LANDING GEAR Gradually reduce power when you are close to the landing spot. When close to the ground and about to touch down, pull the elevator stick back slightly to raise the nose of the model and slow the landing speed to “flair” for landing. Unplug and remove the battery from the model and switch off the transmitter. Allow the motor to cool between flights.
