Schneider Machine "Sling Thingy." A plate that fits between the rear of the lower receiver and the stock

that allows the attachment of a side mounted sling (slot on L side, eyelet on right side). Nicely made.

Precludes use of tang screw, or requires re-drilling of tang screw hole.

I can't remember where I found this sketch, or who drew it, but it shows nicely a South African R1 FAL
