INTERNAL VERTICAL VICE (FIG. 09-11)
The vice is fitted as in Fig. 09-11 and requires no vertical or horizontal positioning: in actual fact, in order to
prevent collision with the blade when it comes out, in internally angled cuts between 70° and 45°, it is
automatically excluded by the program; in internally angled cuts of between 90° and 70°, it must be pushed fully
up by hand using release handle “5” until it triggers the vice up safety limit switch, so that the program will enable
cutting.

WARNING
When clamping profiles with fins that require the vertical vice to be positioned in such a way that the relative pad
has to be adjacent to the vertical worktable, care should always be taken that the vice pad does not scrape on
the table, otherwise the effectiveness of the clamping could be compromised.
