Description
Reset the MCM(MIFARE read/write device core module)
Parameters
Icdev :Handle of Device
_Msec : Reset time, unit is Millionseconds (this value is 0 means off
frequency, 1,2 means reset time is ... 1 ms, 2 ms ...
Return Value
<0 error. The absolute value is the error number
=0 sucessful.

Set LCD backlight on or off
