Description
Abort operation with ultralight card.
Parameters
icdev: Value of Device Handle.
Return Value
0 if successful; otherwise, Nonzero.

Remark
When you finish calling this functionl,you should call the below functions before
read data next time: fw_request_ultralt first, fw_anticall_ultralt second and
fw_select_ultralt finally.

Description：
Verify the password of the card
Parameters：
icdev：handle of the device
key ：password(16 bytes)
Return：
0 if successful; otherwise, Nonzero.
