15 years in the making, NL-19® is FOREVERBOLT proprietary lab-tested
treatment that modifies the surface of stainless steel products. Producing a
brighter finish, increased strength, and superior corrosion resistance, all
without effecting the fastener’s exterior dimensions.
With more than 30 years of engineering and fabrication knowledge, we
understand how to make a better fastener.
Foreverbolt® employed a third-party independent laboratory to expose our
treated fasteners to rigorous testing. Samples were subjected to an accelerated
360 hour ASTM B117 salt spray test, 7x longer than the standard 48 hour test.
They were then subjected to a 96 hour open-air test. The results were astounding.
NL-19® treated fasteners showed no signs of corrosion.
Additionally, Twining Laboratory tested for hardness and tensile strength.
NL-19® fasteners yielded an additional 1.9% gain in strength.
