External PVC Coupling
FORMUFIT PVC External Couplings can joint two (2) segments of PVC pipe and can be used
to extend shorter PVC pipe into longer lengths. To connect this product to PVC pipe, follow
the instructions shown below.

Securing
For permanent and strong connections, it is!recommended to use!PVC cement/solvent to
attach the PVC pipe and External PVC Couplers.
You can also temporarily connect this coupler by driving a self-tapping screw where the pipe
and coupler meet, or apply electrical tape over the end of the pipe before inserting into the
coupling for a temporary, yet strong connection.

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
Slip a segment of!PVC pipe inside the
end of one socket on the!External
Coupler.
Push or tap into place until the pipe
hits the stop inside of the socket.
Repeat for the opposite side to
connect two pipe segments.
