1 Year Limited Warranty

Warranty period

FORMUFIT warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials

and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not

apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse negligence or accidents; modiﬁcations

or alterations outside the stock product; or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable

for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential

damages arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation

of incidental or consequential damages, so this above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you speciﬁc legal rights and you may also the other rights which vary from

state to state.

Warranty conditions

The Buyer is required to inspect the goods upon receipt from the seller. Subsequent claims

related to obvious defects are not accepted by FORMUFIT.

•

Any claims on the purchased product, the buyer must submit in all cases only through the

dealer from whom the goods were purchased. Prepare your original purchase receipt and to

apply for the extended warranty you will also need the warranty certiﬁcate.

•

Products used in plumbing applications are not applicable, since FORMUFIT products are not

designed for plumbing applications, nor are NSF certiﬁed.

•

The right to claim both standard warranties given by the manufacturer expires:

Failure to present the original proof of purchase in case of a claim

Damage to the goods during transportation (such damage must be claimed directly

with the shipping forwarder)

Use of goods in conditions that do not match the allowed temperature, dust, moisture,

chemical and mechanical environmental inﬂuences, usual for the product.

Unprofessional installation, handling, operation, or negligence of goods (eg. non-

standard use)

If the goods are damaged by excessive load or use contrary to the allowed conditions

speciﬁed by the general principles of handling of such products

Warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use.
