package file pass-
words can be 1–20 al-
phanumeric characters
and/or symbols.
Record the password in a secure place; Fortress Technical
Support will need it to decrypt the support package file.
3 Click DOWNLOAD, and, if your browser is set to block pop-
ups/file downloads, take the necessary actions to allow the
file to download.
The progress of file generation is displayed.
4 When the download completes, Save the file, support.pkg,
to the location of your choice.
