You cannot use the

Please buy a new wrist band through the
APP. Connect your new wrist band with
your OVIS according to the instructions on
APP when you receive it.

work on APP?
Check whether the
GPS module is
started or whether
it’s of electricity.
Charge the GPS module and start it.
How to update
the firmware?
Update it according to the instructions on
APP.
Fail to update

Restart your OVIS according to the
instructions on APP.
