IT PERSONALE AUTORIZZATO ALL’UTILIZZO DELLA MACCHINA La macchina è stata progettata e costruita per essere utilizzata da personale qualificato, avente il livello di formazione, di esperienza e di capacità, secondo le seguenti caratteristiche: Operatori / Apprendisti: • • • • • possono essere sia di sesso maschile sia femminile; devono avere una età minima di 14 anni; devono poter operare con entrambe le mani; devono essere privi di limitazioni nelle capacità fisiche e mentali; devono conoscere il contenuto
IT - - È opportuno l’utilizzo di scarpe antiscivolo. Raccogliere, quando necessario, in modo adeguato i capelli al fine di evitare che questi possano impigliarsi o infilarsi tra gli organi in movimento. Utilizzare maschere antipolvere omologate. Cura e Utilizzo di componenti elettrici: - - - Fare attenzione al cavo di alimentazione: evitare di utilizzarlo per sollevare la macchina o per staccare la spina dalla presa, e salvaguardarlo da spigoli vivi, oli e zone con elevate temperature.
IT PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA PER L’UTILIZZO Avvertenze antinfortunistiche: - - - È assolutamente vietato rimuovere qualsiasi sfrido o altre parti del pezzo in lavorazione dall’area di lavoro mentre la macchina è in moto. Tenere sempre le mani lontane dalle zone di lavorazione mentre l’ utensile è in movimento; prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione premere il pulsante di arresto e attendere che l’ utensile sia fermo.
IT ISTRUZIONI Direzione dell’affilatura (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) Se eseguire l’affilatura in senso di rotazione della mola oppure nel senso opposto dipende fondamentalmente dalle Vostre esigenze. Per asportare velocemente maggiori quantità di acciaio (p. es. in caso di utensili vecchi ed arrugginiti) oppure per affilare utensili più massicci, come ad esempio un ascia, si consiglia di eseguire l’affilatura in senso opposto a quello di rotazione.
IT ASSISTENZA Tutti gli utensili e accessori FOX sono costruiti e controllati utilizzando le più moderne e sicure tecniche produttive. Se nonostante queste attenzioni un utensile dovesse guastarsi la riparazione deve essere fatta da un centro riparazioni autorizzato. EN Care and Use of electrical components: - - Pay attention to the power supply calbe: never use it to lift the machine. Do not pull on the cable to disconnect the plug from the power socket. Keep the cable away from sharp edges, oil and high temperatures. Should it be necessary to use an extension flex, make sure it is of an approved type. Regularly check the condition of the devices power cables. If damaged have them repaired by an authorized assistance centre.
EN Precautions for use: - - Avoid to put the machine under mechanical stress: excessive pressure may lead to rapid deterioration of the tool or decreased performance in terms of finish. Faulty switches must be replaced at an authorized after sales service centre. Only use the tools recommended in this manual. Check that the wrenches used for maintenance and adjustment operations have been removed from the machine before starting it.
EN Water Reservoir (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) Fill the water reservoir with water up to the marking. The grinding stone becomes saturated with water. Refill water, if required. Do not grind without water. Once the grinding process is completed, lower the water reservoir to prevent the grinding stone from being in the water for an extended period of time. Empty the water reservoir regularly. Otherwise, particles of steel and trimmed stone will accumulate and compress in the reservoir.

FR CONSIGNES DE TRAVAIL Sens de rectification (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) Un usinage dans le sens de rotation de la meule ou dans le sens opposé dépend essentiellement de vos exigences. Si vous souhaitez enlever rapidement une grande quantité d’acier (par exemple sur de très vieux outils rouillés) ou bien si vous voulez affûter de gros outils tels que des haches, nous vous recommandons de travailler contre le sens de rotation.

Mais, si malgré ces précautions, un outil tombe en panne la réparation doit être effectuée par un centre de réparation autorisé.
