• The power box comes with this upgrade kit is used to power the
300W spindle. The control board still needs the original power supply
to power (12V 5A).
• The control board controls the spindle via the relay.
• The black switch on the control board should be set to the left side
when using 300W spindle (see diagram).
Remove the 60W spindle/laser wire from the control board when you
use 300W spindle.
• The switch should be set to the right side when using 60W spindle or
laser module.
• Spindle speed can only be adjusted manually by the knob on the
power box. Turning the knob is to change the output voltage so that
the spindle speed changes accordingly.
• Therefore, the software/offline controller cannot control the spindle
speed, and the software/offline controller can only turn the spindle
on/off.
