Activation Wizard Tutorial

Follow these steps to use the Activation Wizard.

Note: This procedure can only be used to activate devices that employ the Activation

Wizard. It cannot be used to activate devices that employ one touch activation or hands

free activation techniques.

1. Connect your device to your computer by inserting it into the appropriate port (USB,

PCMCIA or Express Card).

2. Open the Sprint Smart View Application.

3. Select Activate Device from the Tools menu in the main window. The Activation

Wizard will appear.

4. Read the text in the Activation Wizard window and collect the required personal

information according to the instructions in the window.

5. Click Next to proceed to the next page of the Activation Wizard.
