FHP product has a limited warranty whose terms are described in the warranty letter. Please contacts your agent to get the
warranty letter and knowledge of the details.
To be sure of the warranty of Franklin Home Power, it must be connected to the internet firmly at least one connectivity.
Otherwise, your warranty couldn’t be sure.
Please be sure you read and acknowledge the warranty letter.
3， Product’s overview
3.1 System elements
FHP is a home energy management and storage system for residential and light commercial uses which consists of 3
parts, aPower, aGate, and FranklinWH App.

aGate
aGate is a console of energy control and management and connection center for inputs
of the grid, solar, optional generator and whole-home load, smart circuit backup loads,
connectivity of Ethernet, WIFI, 4G.
aGate supports the whole-home backup load as well as partial loads backup.
aGate has the meter functions AC grid, solar, AC battery, and emergency generator.
aPower
aPower works are scheduled by the aGate. Please be sure the connections between
aPowers and aGate are tightened firmly.
aPower houses the battery blocks in the pack inside and the converter that converts the
AC input to DC battery for charge and discharge DC battery to AC output.
FranklinWH App
Provides users the visual control and management platform. You will control the loads,
checking the units running status, review running data, etc.
