44. Wrap the Low Cable (80) under a Small Pulley
(74). Attach the Small Pulley and two Half Pulley

uards (91) to the Weight Carriage Base (20)
with an M10 x 45mm Bolt (48) and an M10 Nylon
L
ocknut (37). M
ake sure that the Half Pulley
Guards are oriented as shown.
45. Attach the Low Cable (80) to the ā€œUā€-bracket (34)
with an M8 Nylon Locknut (8) and an M8 Washer
(32)
(see the inset drawing). Tighten the Nylon
Locknut exactly two full turns onto the Low
Cable.

46. Make sure that all parts have been properly tightened. The use of the remaining parts will be explained in
ADJUSTMENT
, beginning on the following page.
Before using the weight system, pull each cable a few times to make sure that the cables move smoothly
over the pulleys. If one of the cables does not move smoothly
, find and correct the problem.
IMPORT
ANT: If
the cables are not properly installed, they may be damaged when heavy weight is used. See the
CABLE DIAGRAM on page 29 for proper cable routing. If there is any slack in the cables, you will
need to remove it by tightening the cables. See MAINTENANCE on page 28.
