Replace 9-18k Outdoor unit Compressor and Motor

disconnect ed and veriﬁed as voltage free.

Important: Befor e disassembly and assembl y, mak e sure that the power to the system has been

Handling Instruction

1. Remov

e external casing

2. Remove motor

1. Remove the top cover, handle

and valve cover;

2. Remove the outer case and

right side plate.

3. Remov

e compressor

1. Remov e the blade nut and

then remove the blade;

2. Remov e the motor from

motor supporter .

4. Assemble unit

1. Reclaim the refrigerant from

the entire system ;

2. Unsolder the 4-way valve

piping assy from compressor;

3. Remov e the compressor

mountin g bolts;

4. Carefully remove the

compressor from chassis.

Assemble the unit in the

reverse order of disassembly.
