These instructions are not meant to cover every possible condition and situation that may occur. Common sense and caution must be practiced when installing, operating, and maintaining any appliance. Installation, Location & How It Works Installation Location There are two accessory boxes inside the package(side panel). The kraft box includes four castors of the dehumidifier. The instruction sheet of installing castors is put inside the package(kraft box). Refer to the instructions for proper installation. The white box includes a drainage joint for continuous drainage. Refer to the “Continuous Drainage” in this manual for the proper installation of the drainage joint.
Operating Instructions Operating Instructions Allow the unit to reach room temperature before operating. To begin operating the dehumidifier, follow these steps: NOTE: Unit must be upright for one hour prior to operating. 1. Plug the power cord into a properly grounded 115 volt AC outlet. NOTE: If the "BUCKET FULL" light is on, remove the bucket and re-install to reset the float switch.

After each pressing of this button, the operating mode will switch among SLEEPING SPACE (55% RH), LIVING SPACE (50% RH), BASEMENT (45% RH) and CONTINUOUS modes, and the corresponding mode indicators will illuminate. NOTE: When you press the MODE button, the unit will always display the actual room humidity instead of the humidity settings.

Operating Instructions Removing Collected Water 1. Emptying the Bucket: a. When the bucket is full, the unit will shut down and the BUCKET FULL indicator will illuminate. (fig.1) b. Srew the drainage joint onto the threaded portion of the drainage connector of the unit securely. (fig.2&3) c. Srew the garden hose onto the threaded portion of the drainage joint. Care and Cleaning & Storage Care and Cleaning 1. Filter a. Remove the filter every two weeks based on normal operating conditions. b. To remove the filter, remove the front grille then take out the filters. c. Wash the filter with clean water then dry. Do not dry the air filter with electric hair dryer. d. Re-install the filter, then replace the front grille. 2. Cabinet a. Dust cabinet with an oil-free cloth, or using a damp cloth. b. Vacuum grill using brush attachment. 3. Water Bucket a.
Before You Call Before calling for service, review this list. It may save you time and expense. This list includes common occurrences that are not the result of defective workmanship or materials in this appliance. OCCURRENCE DEHUMIDIFIER DOES NOT OPERATE. SOLUTION Wall plug disconnected. Push plug firmly into wall outlet. House fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped. Replace fuse with time delay type or reset circuit breaker. The dryness level you selected has been reached.
