The design of the ceramic cooktop outlines the area of the surface element underneath. Make sure the diameter of the pan matches the diameter of the element outline on the cooktop. Heat istransferred up through the surface of the cooktop to the cookware. Only flat-bottom cookware should be used.
Models with Ceramic Glass Cooktop (some models) Operating Single Radiant Surface Elements (all Ceramic Glass Cooktop models) Your cooktop is equipped with Single Radiant Surface Elements. To Operate the Single Surface Elements: 1. Place correctly sized cookware on the radiant surface element. 2. Push in and turn the surface control knob in either direction to the desired setting (Figure 1 ). Turn the knob to adjust the setting if desired.
Models with Ceramic Glass Cooktop (some models) Warm Zone Feature (some Ceramic Glass Cooktop models) To operate the warm zone Your appliance is equipped with a warm zone.
