INSTALLATION
This Use & Care Manual provides general
operating instructions for your model.
Use the appliance only as instructed in
this Use & Care Manual. Before starting
the appliance, follow these important
first steps.
Inspection
Inspect the underside of the cabinet
and packaging for damage, similar to
what can be caused with a forklift. If
hidden damage is found after uncrating,
immediately call the delivery carrier
and request an inspection. Retain all
packaging and crating materials until the
inspection is complete.
Parts and Accessories
Cut along the perimeter of the carton
as indicated.
Lift the carton o the product.
Remove the package containing the
casters from the appliance.
Location
Choose a location with a grounded
electrical outlet – avoid using any Ground
Fault Circuit Interrupter ( GFCI) outlets.
Do not use an extension cord or un-
grounded (2-prong) adapter. At the rear
of the appliance, pull the power cord
straight out of the protective shipping en-
closure and unwind enough of the power
cord to plug into the electrical outlet.
For the most ecient operation, place the
appliance where surrounding tempera-
tures will not exceed 110°F (43°C) or drop
below 40°F (5°C). Do not use additional
compressor heaters.
Allow the following clearances for ease of
installation, proper air circulation:
Top 27.5 in. (70 cm)
Sides 7.87 in. (20 cm)
Tip: Use this commercial appliance only
at altitudes lower than 2000 meters.
Caster installation (optional)
The appliance comes with a caster
installation kit shipped in basket of chest
freezer. The casters allow ease of moving
the appliance to its final location. The
casters can be then be locked into place.

WARNING
Unplug the appliance from power source
and empty contents before caster in-
stallation. Lock and secure lid to prevent
opening during caster installation.
Insulation
The insulated space of this cabinet is
sealed to maintain peak eciency. DO
NOT drill holes in the cabinet. Holes
drilled in the cabinet may destroy that
seal and damage electrical wiring located
in the insulated space. It may also pierce
and damage the sealed refrigeration
system in the insulated space.
DAMAGED ELECTRICAL WIRING OR
WET INSULATION CAUSED BY DRILLING
WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
