COOKING RECOMMENDATIONS
Cooking Conditions
Conditions in your kitchen can affect the performance of your appliance when cooking food.

Aging cookware As pans age and become discolored,

If food is too dark or overcooked, use the minimum cook
time in the recipe or packaging.

High altitude Air is drier and air pressure is lower.

Rack placement Follow the instructions in “Setting Oven Controls” on starting on page 17.
When using only one rack, place the rack so th

Preheat Fully preheat the oven before baking items like cookies, ca

Checking food Use the window and oven light when checking food. Op
