INSTALLATION Levelling of the appliance WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Location of the appliance You can install your freestanding appliance with cabinets on one or two sides and in the corner. For minimal distances for fitting check the table. Use small feet on the bottom of appliance to set the appliance top surface level with other surfaces. BEFORE FIRST USE WARNING! Do not pull the door lock when closing the oven door! Refer to Safety chapters. Initial Cleaning Remove all accessories from the oven. Refer to "Care and cleaning" chapter. Clean the oven and the accessories before the first use. Put the accessories back to their initial position. Preheating Preheat the empty oven before first use. 1. Set the function and the maximum temperature. 2. Let the oven operate for 1 hour. 3. Set the function and set the maximum temperature.

Ensure pan bases are clean and dry before placing on the hob surface. Cookware made of enamelled steel and with aluminium or copper bottoms can cause a colour change on the glass-ceramic surface.
HOB - CARE AND CLEANING WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. General information • Clean the hob after each use. • Always use cookware with a clean base. • Scratches or dark stains on the surface have no effect on how the hob operates. • Use a special cleaner suitable for the surface of the hob. • Use a special scraper for the glass. Cleaning the hob • Remove immediately: melted plastic, plastic foil, sugar and food with sugar, otherwise, the dirt can cause damage to the hob. Take care to avoid burns.

This prevents the heat from circulating around the tray. The food may be burnt, especially in the rear part of the tray.

Cooking meat and fish The temperature and baking times in the tables are guidelines only. They depend on the recipes and the quality and quantity of the ingredients used. General information • The appliance has four shelf positions. Count the shelf positions from the bottom of the appliance floor. • Moisture can condense in the appliance or on the door glass panels.

OVEN - CARE AND CLEANING WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Notes on cleaning Clean the front of the oven with a soft cloth with warm water and a mild cleaning agent. To clean metal surfaces, use a dedicated cleaning agent. Clean the oven interior after each use. Fat accumulation or other food remains may result in a fire. The risk is higher for the grill pan. WARNING! Keep the oven door slightly open during the cleaning process. When you open it fully it may accidentally close causing potential damage.
OVEN - CARE AND CLEANING 5. Clean the glass panel with water and soap. Dry the glass panel carefully. When the cleaning is complete, install the glass panels and the oven door. Do the above steps in the opposite sequence. Install the smaller panel first, then the larger. CAUTION! The screen with a printing on the inner glass panel must face the inner side of the door.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY Hob - Energy saving You can save energy during everyday cooking if you follow below hints. • When you heat up water, use only the amount you need. • If it is possible, always put the lids on the cookware. • Before you activate the cooking zone put the cookware on it. • The cookware bottom should have the same diameter as the cooking zone. • Put the smaller cookware on the smaller cooking zones. • Put the cookware directly in the centre of the cooking zone.
