Seguridad Evite accidentes. Después de retirar la cocina de su embalaje, mantenga el material de empaquetado lejos del alcance de los niños. No permita que niños manipulen la cocina, aún cuando esta se encuentre apagada. Tenga cuidado para que los niños no toquen la superficie de la cocina, ni permanezcan cerca de la misma cuando se esté usando o aún esté caliente o apagada.
Cuidados generales Evite que animales se acerquen a la cocina, principalmente si está encendida. Las partes cerca de los quemadores, las partes externas, los tiradores y la puerta se calientan y pueden causar quemaduras. Antes de encender el horno, abra totalmente su puerta para evitar que se acumule gas dentro del mismo. Cerciórese de que el horno se haya encendido antes de cerrar la puerta. Evite la instalación de la cocina cerca de materiales inflamables, por ejemplo: cortinas, paños de cocina, etc.
Instalación Desempaque 01. Lleve el aparato hasta cerca del lugar en el que lo desea instalar y retire su embalaje externa. 02. Tome cuidado al desempacar e instalar la unidad. Los bordes afilados podrían causarle accidentes. 03. El material del embalaje es reciclable. Procure separar plásticos, espuma flex, papel y cartón y enviarlos a las compañias de reciclaje. Condiciones del lugar de instalación 01. La utilización de una cocina a gas produce calor y humedad en el lugar en que se instala. 02.
Como montar el copete (solo en algunos modelos) El copete se encuentra en la cavidad del horno. Saque el empaque y coloquelo en la posición de montaje. Fije el copete con 3 tornillos en cada lado como muestra la imagen. 11 Instalación eléctrica Para su seguridad, solicite que un electricista de su confianza verifique las condiciones de la red eléctrica del lugar de instalación de la cocina, o entre en contacto con el Servicio Autorizado.

Antes de usar la cocina por la primera vez 01. Limpie la cubierta de acero inoxidable removiendo todos los residuos de adhesivo de acuerdo con las instrucciones de limpieza. 02. El aislamiento térmico de la cocina produce durante los primeros minutos de funcionamiento, humo y olores característicos. 03. Al usarlo por primera vez, caliente el horno vacío de la cocina durante aproximadamente 45 minutos, en el grado de temperatura máximo para retirar el olor y humos normales al primer uso. 04.
Temperatura del horno Su cocina puede estar equipada con un control térmico del horno o con un termostato. Si su horno tiene un termostato, este le dará una precisión de temperatura como indicada en la perilla del horno. Para los modelos con termo control, sigue una temperatura aproximada para cada posición de la perilla del horno: 1. Temperatura mínima cerca de 160ºC - 320ºF 2. 210ºC - 410ºF 3. 250ºC - 480ºF 4.
Prevenciones 01. No utilice ninguna protección en la cavidad del horno como papel aluminio, pues puede bloquear la circulación del aire y gas. 02. Mientras cocine evita tocar las parrillas y quemadores, espere un tiempo para su enfriamiento. 03. Cuando cocine en el horno evite tocar el vidrio, la superfícies externas e internas y accesorios del mismo, espere un tiempo para su enfriamiento. 04. Evite el ingresso de niños a la cocina mientras está cocinando. 05.
Para asar pescado Ase los pescados pequeños a una temperatura alta. Los pescados medianos, deben empezar a asarse a una temperatura alta y después se debe ir disminuyendo la temperatura gradualmente. Los pescados grandes, desde el principio, a una temperatura moderada. Verifique si el pescado está bien asado levantando delicadamente una punta; la carne debe ser uniformemente blanca y opaca, a menos que se trate de salmón, trucha u otro que posea coloración diferente.

Solución de problemas ESP No se recomienda usar estropajos, ya que deterioran la superfície. Sustituir un foco quemado Antes de sustituir un foco quemado o de instalar uno nuevo, los quemadores de la cocina deben estar apagados y se debe desconectar el cable eléctrico del tomacorriente. De esta manera se evitarán accidentes. Cambie el foco por otro de cocina (25 W), verificando la tensión de la red local.
Consejos ambientales Se ha dejado los alimentos por mucho tiempo en el interior del horno después del final de la cocción. For children Avoid accidents. After unpacking the range, keep packing materials away from children. Do not allow children to handle the appliance, even when it is disconnected. General cares Avoid any animal in the kitchen when the gas range is on. Parts close to the burners, side board, handle and door will be hot and can cause some burns. Before turning the oven on, open the oven door to avoid gas accumulation inside the oven cavity. Be sure that the oven has lighted before closing the oven door. Avoid installing the gas range close to flammable material as curtains, kitchen clothes, etc. Oven gas exit should not be blocked.

Electric installation For your safety, check the electric conditions of the place where the gas range will be installed by a qualify electrician or contact an authorize service. 06. Leave enought room between the back of the oven and the wall, to allow for opening the cover. 07. If the oven is installed next to a wooden wall, please place a fireresistant panel next to the wall and ensure that the oven is more than 4 cm from the wall.

This range was designed for use with LP gas. 02. Always use a pressure regulator exclusive for your gas range. The lack of pressure regulator might cause excess of pressure and leak of gas. Always check for the validity of the pressure regulator. Hose and regulator should be replaced every 5 years.
Before using the range for the first time 01. Clean the stainless steel cook top removing all plastic tape according to the cleaning instructions. 02. For first time use, heat the empty oven for 45 minutes to the maximum temperature. 03. Let the oven cool down and then wipe with warm water. 04. All accessories including pan grates and backing racks should be washed before using for the first time. 05.
Oven temperatures Your gas range can have a thermo control or a thermostat. Oven with a thermostat will give you more precise temperature as identified on the oven knob.
