SAFETY INFORMATION • • To remove the shelf supports first pull the front of the shelf support and then the rear end away from the side walls. Install the shelf supports in the opposite sequence. BEFORE FIRST USE WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Initial Cleaning WARNING! Accessories can become hotter than usual. Remove all accessories and removable shelf supports from the appliance. The appliance can emit an odour and smoke. This is normal. Make sure that the airflow is sufficient. Refer to "Care and cleaning" chapter. Let the oven cool down. Dampen a soft cloth with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid and use this to clean the oven cavity.
HOB - DAILY USE WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Ignition of the hob burner Always light the burner before you put on the cookware. WARNING! Be very careful when you use open fire in the kitchen environment. The manufacturer declines any responsibility in case of the flame misuse. The spark generator can start automatically when you switch on the mains, after installation or a power cut. It is normal. WARNING! Do not keep the knob pushed for more than 15 seconds.

HOB - HINTS AND TIPS • When the liquid starts to boil, turn down the flame to barely simmer the liquid. WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Cookware WARNING! Do not put the same pan on two burners. WARNING! Do not put unstable or damaged pots on the burner to prevent from spill and injury. CAUTION! Make sure that pot handles are not above the front edge of the cooktop. CAUTION! Make sure that the pots are placed centrally on the burner in order to get maximum stability and to get lower gas consumption.
HOB - CARE AND CLEANING WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. General information • Clean the hob after each use. • Always use cookware with clean bottom. • Scratches or dark stains on the surface have no effect on how the hob operates. • Use a special cleaner applicable for the surface of the hob. • Wash stainless steel parts with water, and then dry them with a soft cloth. Cleaning the hob • Remove immediately: melted plastic, plastic foil, sugar and food with sugar.
OVEN - DAILY USE WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Oven Functions OVEN FUNCTION MIN 240°C APPLICATION Off position The appliance is off. Heat settings Range of temperature adjustment. Grilling + Turnspit To grill flat food in the middle of the grill. To make toast. Oven fan To thaw frozen food. To use the fan in combination with the gas oven burner ignite the gas oven and turn the knob for the grill clockwise to activate the fan. Oven lamp To illuminate the oven interior.
OVEN - DAILY USE In case of absence of the electricity you can ignite the oven burner without an electrical device. 1. Open the oven door. 2. Hold the flame near the hole in the bottom of the oven cavity. Turning off the oven burner To put out the flame, turn the knob to the off position . Grilling WARNING! Always cook with the oven door closed. 3. At the same time push the knob for the oven functions and turn it counterclockwise to the maximum gas flow position. 4.
OVEN - CLOCK FUNCTIONS Minute Minder Use it to set a countdown time. The maximum time that can be set is 99 min 50 s. This function has no effect on the operation of the appliance. Press the button to set the countdown time for the minute minder. After the time period is completed, the indicator flashes and an acoustic signal sounds. Press any button to stop the signal.
OVEN - USING THE ACCESSORIES WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Inserting the accessories Wire shelf: Push the tray or deep pan between the guide bars of the shelf support. Make sure it does not touch the back wall of the oven. Using the turnspit Put the shelf between the guide bars of the shelf support. The front and back bars should be placed upwards. WARNING! The maximum weight permitted on the oven shelf is 24 kg. Avoid putting heavier food on the shelf.
OVEN - USING THE ACCESSORIES D. Handle The support hook is installed in the top of the oven cavity. You can leave the support hook in the oven, when the turnspit is not active. 1. Open the oven door. 2. Put the turnspit handle into the spit. 3. Put the baking tray on the lowest shelf level. 4. Snap out one end of the support hook from the oven ceiling A and let it hang on the other end. Refer to "Product description" chapter. 8. Put the front part of the spit on the support hook. 9.

They depend on the recipes and the quality and quantity of the ingredients used. General information • The appliance has five shelf positions. Count the shelf positions from the bottom of the appliance floor. • The appliance has a special system which circulates the air and constantly recycles the steam.

Notes on cleaning • Clean the front of the appliance with a soft cloth with warm water and a cleaning agent. • To clean metal surfaces, use a dedicated cleaning agent. • Clean the appliance interior after each use. Fat accumulation or other food remains may result in a fire. • Clean stubborn dirt with a special oven cleaner. • Clean all accessories after each use and let them dry. Use a soft cloth with warm water and a cleaning agent.
OVEN - CARE AND CLEANING The walls with a catalytic coating are selfcleaning. They absorb fat which collects on the walls while the appliance operates. To support the self-cleaning procedure, heat the empty oven on a regular basis. 1. Clean the oven floor with warm water and washing up liquid, then dry it. 2. Set the oven temperature to 250 °C and let the oven operate for 1 hour. 3. When the appliance is cool, clean it with a soft and moist sponge.

TROUBLESHOOTING WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. What to do if... PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY There is no spark when you try to activate the spark generator. The hob is not connected to an electrical supply or it is connected incorrectly. Check if the hob is correctly connected to the electrical supply. Refer to the connection diagram. There is no spark when you try to activate the spark generator. The fuse is blown. Make sure that the fuse is the cause of the malfunction.

INSTALLATION Flexible nonmetal pipes connection Adjustment to different types of gas If you have an easy access to the connection, you can use a flexible pipe. The flexible pipe must be tightly attached by clamps. Let only an authorized person do the adjustment to different types of gas. In installation always use the pipe holder and the gasket.
INSTALLATION The model determines the position of the bypass screw A. Hob injectors replacement Replace the injectors when you change the gas type. 1. Remove the pan supports. 2. Remove the caps and crowns of the burner. 3. Remove the injectors with a socket spanner 7. 4. Replace injectors with the ones necessary for the type of gas you use. A A Changing from natural gas to liquid gas 1. Fully tighten the bypass screw. 2. Put the knob back. Changing from liquid gas to natural gas 1.

Replace the gas type sticker near the gas supply ramp with the one related to the new gas type. Adjusting the minimum gas level on the oven burner 1. Disconnect the appliance from the electricity. 2. Remove the knob for the oven functions.
INSTALLATION Changing from natural gas to liquid gas 1. Fully tighten the bypass screw. 2. Put the knob back. 3. Connect the appliance to the electricity. Changing from liquid gas to natural gas 1. Unscrew approximately one turn the bypass screw position A. 2. Put the knob for the oven functions back. 3. Connect the appliance to the electricity. Levelling CAUTION! Remove all the accessories from the oven. 1. Open the lid of the appliance and disassemble it. 2.
INSTALLATION To install all the accessories, do the first step in an opposite sequence. Anti-tilt protection Set the correct height and area for the appliance before you attach the anti-tilt protection. CAUTION! Make sure you install the anti-tilt protection at the correct height. Make sure that the surface behind the appliance is smooth. You must install the anti-tilt protection. If you do not install it, the appliance can tilt.
INSTALLATION appliance, you must adjust the side measurement to centre the appliance. If you changed the dimensions of the cooker, you must align the non-tip device correctly. CAUTION! If the space between the bench cupboards is larger than the width of the appliance, you must adjust the side measurement to the centre of the appliance. Electrical installation WARNING!
