Malfunction display and solutions
When the washer is in trouble, please contact local service office or the sales
service department of our company and the customer should not dismantle the
machine without permission.
If the washer can not work normally, and the abnormal indication is shown in the
display tube window or the machine alarms, please check and correct as
follows.
Alarm of water intaking or
making up over 1 hour.
The lid is not close before
spin.
Alarm for water level sensor.
Child lock light flashes.
*Flickering simultaneously.

Alarm for shocking in the
same spin process third
times.
Electronic door lock
malfunction.
DrainageTime ≥ 6min Water
Level switch is not reset.
Check the water tap is
opened or not.
Closed the door.
Replace Water Level sensor.
Communication failure.
Please keep the clothes
balance.
Check door lock.
Check the water level sensor
and drain pump.
