FRONTLINE® BLDG. PRODUCTS INC.
RESIDENTIAL WINDOW LIMITED WARRANTY
Frontline® Bldg. Products Inc. warrants to the original residential homeowner
(the Homeowner”), that its window products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials
and workmanship, as follows:
a. If installed properly, non-glass portions of FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc. windows
(other than open (no glass) frames, and other than interior trim), shall be free from
manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) year from
the date of manufacture of the window. Interior trim on FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc.
windows shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of thirty (30) days from the date of manufacture of the window. FrontLine® Bldg.
Products Inc. does not warrant the quality or condition of windows sold with open frames
(no glass) and such windows are sold “as is” and “with all faults.”
b. Glass portions of FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc. windows (other than decorative
glass and/or custom ordered glass) shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials
and workmanship causing seal failure for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of
manufacture of the window.
c. Decorative glass and/or custom ordered glass of FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc.
windows shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship causing
seal failure for a period of ten (10) years from the date of manufacture of the window.
This limited warranty applies to the original Homeowner only, and owner occupied homes only.
Homeowner must supply proof of purchase. All warranties provided by component
manufacturers, if any, are hereby assigned to the original residential homeowner who purchases
window products from FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc.
If the product is determined to be defective during the warranted period, Homeowner’s sole and
exclusive remedy is that FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc. will, at its own option:
Repair the defective product;
Provide replacement product for the defective product; or
Refund purchase price of the defective product.
If FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc. elects to provide replacement product for defective
product, FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc. will not be responsible for any costs of
shipping, handling, installation, removal, reinstallation, labor, finish painting, or other
incidentals related to the new or the defective product.
