Warranty

LIMITATIONS: FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc. will not be liable for, and none of the above
warranties apply to or cover problems, costs or losses caused by, arising from, or related to, any
of the following:
Improper installation
Improper maintenance
Misuse
Chips or other breakage
Stress cracks
Slope glazing’
Installation in mobile vehicles
Installation in commercial refrigeration
Structural defects or settling
Fire
Corrosion or any finish failures of aluminum cladding or all-aluminum frame
components due to environmental conditions such as salt spray, acid rain or other
corrosive substances.
Applications in seacoast areas due to corrosion.
Conditions or use exceeding design standards.
Any normal wear or discoloration of finishes.
Natural disasters (flood, hurricane, typhoon, tornado, or other natural disaster not
specifically listed here).
Any FrontLine products installed in any face barrier system or exterior insulation
finish system (EIFS) using stucco, or synthetic stucco is not covered under the
Limited Warranty.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTLINE® BLDG. PRODUCTS INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OR LOSSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COSTS OF SHIPPING,
HANDLING, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION, OR FINISH
PAINTING, ETC. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AMOUNT DUE HEREUNDER BE IN
EXCESS OF THE DEFECTIVE UNIT’S PURCHASE PRICE, WHETHER THE CLAIM
IS FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOSSES, SO THIS
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW, THE EXPRESS
WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXCEPT THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE),
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND
ALL SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED
