HYDRA is an industry leading, premium quality, mechanically attached breathable synthetic roofing underlayment
designed for steep slope roofing to provide a lasting secondary layer of protection against wind driven rain, shingle
blow offs, and damage caused by adverse weather conditions. HYDRA roofing underlayment offers durability, high
permeability (30 Perms), and a unique HYDRY backside absorption technology that quickly absorbs water from the
roof deck at a rate 10 times traditional #30 asphalt felt. This combination of high perm and absorption technology
helps prevent mold and mildew by allowing trapped moisture to escape the attic space or roof deck.
HYDRA underlayment is designed for residential or commercial use under; metal, tile, slate, cement, shake or
shingle primary roofing materials.
