FSART1: Fuego Rotisserie Kit

For use with Fuego Premium Grills

1. Remove the warming rack.

2. Install the motor mounting bracket

using the supplied Phillips head

mounting screws. We recommend

mounting on the left side of the grill

but either side is OK.

3. Place the motor into the mounting

bracket with the on/off switch to the

front by sliding down onto the

bracket.

4. Remove the black protective

rubber from both ends of the rod.

5. Install the balance weight onto

the threaded end of the rod.

6. Screw the washer onto the rod

end so that the balance weight

can still spin freely on the rod.

1 - Rotisserie Rod

2 - Rotisserie Forks

1 - Rotisserie Handle

1 - Rotisserie Balance Weight

1 - Rotisserie Rod Slotted Nut

1 - Rotisserie Handle / Weight Washer

7. Screw the black handle onto the threaded end of the rod tight to the locking nut. The balance weight should be able to freely rotate as the rod spins. 8. Install the slotted nut loosely onto the rod and slide down toward the handle. 9. Install the two sets of forks onto the rod with the forks pointed inward at one another. 10. Align the square end of the rod with the motor and insert the rod into the motor. 11. Align the slot on the slotted nut with the upper firebox support. 12.
